Inspirierende Assoziationen der Speisen, z. B. Thunfisch mit Rotkohl! Eine wohl alte Kombi auf Sizilien, jedoch fast vergessen bzw. nicht gefragt von Touristen. Cabonata (typisch auf Sizilien) aber verfeinert u.a. mit Zartbitterschokolade. Oder Pasta mit selbstverständlich selbst gemachter Pasata und Dreierlei vom Thunfisch 😋 Toller Service auch auf Deutsch und mit Hintergrundinfos … vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.

If you are looking for a place where cuisine blends with culture, this is the most suitable place. Traditional dishes "divinely" revisited, knowledge of flavor combinations, good taste of the place, impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, elegant and professional welcome. The owner, a very knowledgeable person, delighted us with some literary glimpses, demonstrating not only elegance and professionalism but also a high cultural level.
I forgot... the waiters and owner had guessed that the dinner was about my birthday and they served me a surprise dessert complete with music and best wishes from all the staff... Really good!

Without a doubt for us the best restaurant in Noto from all points of view.
We ordered 8 different courses, starting from the appetizer to the dessert, one better than the other!
Excellent quality raw material, cooked and presented masterfully by chef Silvia!
Welcome from Catarina, the owner, friendly and professional, attentive to every detail and looks after the tables with care and great skill.
He makes sure to give his customers a unique "experience", so it was for us!
Truly a high standard restaurant. The price is exactly worth the quality of the food and service offered.
It will be our fixed stop every time we return to Noto.

We received a very warm welcome in the restaurant. The waitress also explained and recommended many things to us, which we thought was great. The food was very delicious and we were very satisfied. The waiters and chef were very friendly and even talked to us. We especially liked the dessert "Canolo "Do It Yourself"". We recommend the restaurant to everyone, it was very good and everyone was very friendly!

We found this restaurant by chance while walking through the center of Noto, intrigued by the name we found ourselves inside in a suggestive stone room, starting from the appetizers up to the desserts we were inebriated by the typical Sicilian flavors in particular by the red prawn cannoli , the grilled octopus with burrata, the sliced tuna with red cabbage were our absolute favourites. Furthermore, during dinner we were pampered by the sweetness and friendliness of the owner Caterina.
Highly recommended, definitely a stop not to be missed if you dive into the wonders of Noto
