We were able to spend 2 wonderful evenings in the Retablo with Katharina and her attentive team.
Modern interpretation of Sicilian cuisine with exceptionally high-quality ingredients, perfectly prepared, a very good wine selection and a team that caters to all wishes. It couldn't get any better.
Dear Katharina, thank you very much for that. We'll see each other again next year in October. You can already reserve our table for 8 for October 12, 2025.

Excellent location near the main church in the quiet back alley.
Local Sicilly pasta sucked up eggplant tomato sauce.

We arrived at the restaurant by chance while walking through Noto on a Sunday evening and we expected everything but it to become such an unforgettable evening.
The owner and her personal staff were very courteous, attentive and competent, a nice close-knit team and super positive energy.
The menu has choices for all tastes, even for us who were all 3 vegetarians; very well prepared also in terms of intolerances and allergies, clearly written on the menu.
The owner, cheerful and knowledgeable (she speaks several languages fluently), gave us a great passion for her work. The atmosphere on the veranda is pleasant and relaxing.
We recommend it and hope to return.

I rarely write reviews, but this time i had to! This restaurant was our best experience on Sicily and we went to many different places! The starter with raw shrimps was amazing, the tuna pasta and the risotto as well, the service was amazing and if you are with a child, they are very attentive and sweet towards the children. highly recommended!

Last night my partner and I found this restaurant by chance. The environment is nice and pleasant, soft lights, music that is not too intrusive. The welcome is friendly, the service professional and attentive. We had dinner with a slice of red tuna with a reduction of local red Nero d'Avola wine with oranges. Amazing. We took a wine recommended by the owner, excellent. We really had a wonderful evening. We recommend it!

Fantastisk lækker mad og højt serviceniveau.
Vi fik en lækker forret med blæksprutte, spinat og burretta.
Vildt lækker risotto med rejer og blæksprutte, med et godt anbefalet glas rosé til.

Inspirierende Assoziationen der Speisen, z. B. Thunfisch mit Rotkohl! Eine wohl alte Kombi auf Sizilien, jedoch fast vergessen bzw. nicht gefragt von Touristen. Cabonata (typisch auf Sizilien) aber verfeinert u.a. mit Zartbitterschokolade. Oder Pasta mit selbstverständlich selbst gemachter Pasata und Dreierlei vom Thunfisch 😋 Toller Service auch auf Deutsch und mit Hintergrundinfos … vielen Dank für den schönen Abend.
