Family run restaurant on a local vineyard estate which I naturally tasted. The Sovestro was excellent and accompanied some delicious, well-served dishes. The appetizers of croutons and lard were excellent as was the pecorino and porcini flan! The pici alla chianina are superb as are the gnocchi with truffle and fondue. Even the dessert won us over, from the chocolate to the panna cotta served with gran marnier and pine nuts! So perfect lunch! The only negative note is that we waited a long time to have lunch but the basket of crostini with oil gave us patience and the wait was rewarded. The rooms are welcoming and the rustic environment gives you a hospitable Tuscan warmth. Advised!

We found this place on a very special day, we ate like gods, I enjoyed every bite of delicious food, exquisitely prepared and served. Accompanied by excellent service!! I hope I can come back

I went for dinner seeing the great reviews. The environment is nice, the service good. The food is reasonably good, but not worth the price I paid, I would say excessive for the quality and presentation of the dishes.

Ate here one nigh whilst staying in the hotel, reservations definitely needed.
Food we had was delicious - had to get the fresh porcini mushrooms that were in session whilst we were there, plenty of mushrooms and great flavour, pasta perfect too. Mains cooked well too, and obviously their own wine to go with it paired very well (having already had a wine tasting earlier in the week). Portions just right to leave room for dessert - very good panna cotta and tiramisu.
Friendly staff and reasonable prices compared with the area.

The venue is cute. The egg salad is excellent and the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms are very good. We will be back!

The appetizer does not reflect the menu, different things are brought, the pici all'aglione tastes only of tomato and for two land appetizers a bottle of house wine two first courses and a dessert, €107 is excessive, the place and the view, friendly and pleasant service

Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante in quanto ospiti della Tenuta Sovestro e quindi molto comodo. Servizio cortese e cibo buono, nota di merito ovviamente per i loro vini che sono buonissimi.
