Just don’t offer bruschetta if you can’t find ripe tomatoes! This place is odd - the service is efficient and on point. The pastas are quite good. But the atmosphere has a distinct 1970s Ramada vibe and the food is not particularly remarkable. Misses included underripe bruschetta and tough boar. Hits were a simple spaghetti with tomato and perfectly charred grilled chicken. So… keep it simple on the ordering, and temper your expectations?

Delicious food, good view of the Tuscan hill, very quiet vibe. The waiter was very friendly. The only downside is that it is more expensive than expected.

We visited here twice during our stay at the Hotel Sovestro and were thrilled. Delicious, authentic food, a great wine selection, friendly service, and a fantastic view.

We've vacationed here several times and have also been there for dinner several times. A couple of times we had a three-course meal. Of course, the three-course meal is a bit more expensive for two people (€80-90). The price-performance ratio is pretty good! You have a truly amazing view, it's very quiet, the atmosphere is great, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is excellent. The food is beautifully presented and tastes truly sensational. Highly recommended! ☀️

Nos encantó todo sobre nuestra cena, desde el personal de camareros hasta el postre. No puedes equivocarte con cualquier elección de comida, pero asegúrate de incluir una copa de Brunello en tu comida. Gracias por recuerdos maravillosos!

08/07/2025: We chose this place after a few recommendations, in general it was ok. Beautiful location, the restaurant for dinner with excellent food and service at del. On the other hand, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. The lady at the reception left us with a bitter taste when we arrived, who didn't really feel like giving too many details, in my opinion she couldn't wait to get rid of us, we encountered the same problem the next day when we went to ask her to change our room because the air conditioning was broken, it couldn't be done and it wasn't fixed even though it was 40 degrees outside. Otherwise it was ok, the location was beautiful, but for some reasons that I listed I don't think we will ever come back
07/07/2025: An unforgettable experience at Dievole Wine Resort! I thought I’d have to travel all over Tuscany to truly soak in its beauty — but Dievole had it all in one place. Breathtaking scenery, exceptional wine, delicious olive oil, and a peaceful atmosphere that captures the essence of Tuscany. It exceeded all expectations. Truly a hidden gem — highly, highly recommend!
