06/01/2025: End of year dinner,
Particular place with various very suggestive rooms, pleasant evening, the service in the room was excellent, everything was managed very well until midnight arrived for the toast at the beginning of the new year.
I wasn't enthusiastic about the menu, the dishes are well presented, the courses are a taster, go for the aperitif and starter, the two first courses, tortelli with carbonara cream, red prawns and broccoli, excellent dish, considering the little quantity I gave it to my husband, the risotto with oyster and champagne, the oyster prevailed so much that the champagne was barely noticeable, moreover it was behind in cooking (left on the plate), the worst thing was the second "turbot in three consistencies" 1) small sausage (the size of a finger) so broken up with fennel and other things that you couldn't tell what fish it was, nor was it nice to look at, 2) slice of fish with bone (quantity: the tip of a fork) chewy, 3) beaten raw.

03/01/2025: Unforgettable experience, an environment with attention to detail, they welcomed us warmly, served at the right time with dishes with a unique flavour, everything extremely delicious but the thing I absolutely loved were the desserts, it had been a long time since I ate such good desserts , with a delicate and incredible flavor, truly TOPPPP
