From the very first moment of booking, you immediately realize that the person on the other end is kind, helpful, and professional. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted as if we were the most important people in the hotel. It's a shame we can't give more than 5 stars. Everything was clean and tidy, the food was good, and the rooms were very nice. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality.

We've never experienced such friendliness and helpfulness! Fantastic and honest service! Whether to adults or children! A heartfelt thank you to the whole team. We felt more than welcome as a family and will definitely be back! And the food: Simply delicious!!!

Beautifully located on the edge of town. The family-run service team is super friendly. Very good food, sometimes with too many extras. The double bed had a rather uncomfortable, hard innerspring mattress. But it was solved with a topper. The bike storage room is okay. Luckily, there were only a few people there.

I highly recommend this charming hotel for its strategic location, allowing you to easily walk to the center of Sesto, public transportation, and all the cable cars. Wonderful mountain views. The cuisine is top-notch and high-quality. They are very attentive to food allergies. Excellent cleanliness. Welcoming and modern rooms. Services and amenities for adults and children alike. The staff is always ready to welcome you with a smile, friendly, and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Family run hotel. Very welcoming, clean. The staff is very kind and always ready to give advice on excursions to do. The chef is very good, the food is excellent.

Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in my life! I absolutely loved every second I spent at Hotel Willy. The Kiniger family and all the hotel staff members are super friendly, courteous, nice, just wonderful people! The place is, of course, amazing, and the views are incredible. The food at the hotel was extremely good. Thank you very, very much!

Stunning hotel that makes you feel at home. The food is really delicious and also the helpfulness of the owners who are also very kind and nice. The decor of the rooms is beautiful, the only negative is that some are a little small but the hotel itself is magnificent. There is also a very efficient service that cleans the rooms very well and the view is wow. Best hotel I've ever been to

05/10/2025: We visited the restaurant with our family – four adults and two young children (1.5 and 3.5 years old). We received a warm welcome upon arrival, and the children were immediately given toys, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The service was extremely friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the food very much – although the portions could have been a bit larger for us men. All in all, a very pleasant visit! We will definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant.
03/10/2025: The staff is extremely friendly every time I visit. I even got an ice pack to cool my injured foot. The food is excellent. Fresh, delicious, and great combinations of ingredients.

18/08/2025: We visited the Pienzenau Restaurant in Merano on a balmy summer evening last week and were thrilled from the start. The stunning location, nestled between the vineyards and the old town of Merano, impressed us. The magnificent garden surrounding the property is a true gem and invites you to linger. Our seat on the terrace offered a wonderful view of the property and garden – a perfect setting for a special evening. The hostess and her team welcomed us warmly, immediately creating a familiar and homely atmosphere. Culinary delights left nothing to be desired: We enjoyed a fantastic three-course menu that will remain with us forever. The taste, quality, and presentation were of the highest standard. The team was also perfectly prepared for my gluten-free requests – without any prior notice. We would especially like to mention the young ladies in the waiting room – incredibly attentive, courteous, and always warm. All in all, it was an evening we will cherish for a long time to come. One thing's for sure: We'll be back! And next time, we'll take the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Pienzenau. See you soon! Carolin & Christian from Lüneburg Heath
10/08/2025: Unbelievable gem on the way to Trautmannsdorf by foot. Stop here. Best carbonara of our lives. Other menu items looked sublime too when arriving on other tables. Super wines and service. Lush gardens. A real haven <3
