A perfect vacation thanks to the location near the ski lifts and the town center. The service we received at Hotel Willy was exemplary. We were very pleased with the kindness and courtesy of all the staff. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Willy, and what truly makes this place special is the people. The staff at the reception were exceptional—professional, kind, and genuinely welcoming from the first moment. They made everything easy, from check-in to local recommendations, and always with a warm and sincere attitude. You immediately feel that they care about their guests. The bar and restaurant staff were equally outstanding. Service was attentive, friendly, and efficient, even during busy hours. The atmosphere they create is relaxed and authentic, and you feel comfortable staying longer, enjoying the food and drinks. Their professionalism combined with natural kindness reflects a very well-managed hotel. Overall, the hotel offers great value, a cozy alpine atmosphere, and a team that goes above and beyond. The quality of the staff alone is a reason to return. Highly recommended.

I have had coffee and morning tea twice here in the last 12 months. I love the friendly atmosphere and great service. The location is excellent for cross country skiers. I'll be back in January 2024. And I did come back in 2024 and 2026. And still great value and the service is outstanding and staff make a real effort in greeting guests and providing excellent service.

We truly felt like guests at home, welcomed with warmth and attention from the very first moment. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The food is excellent, varied, and carefully prepared, and we've been enjoying eating here for 25 years. The location is perfect: directly on the cross-country ski trail and just steps from the ski slopes. We only visited the restaurant and the food was extremely good! I loved the carrot-ginger soup and pumpkin raviolli 😃 The smiling waitress made us all smile!

We had a truly wonderful evening yesterday at the Hotel Willy restaurant. I have rarely experienced such friendliness, courtesy, and dedication from restaurant staff. It was clear that the customer was the focus here, and no request was too much trouble. The food was also outstanding! We arrived a little early and sat at the bar for a while. There, we were served two delicious aperitifs and a platter of bread and ham. Everything was incredibly friendly and beautifully presented. A special thank you goes to Anna.
