Everything is just right here. The food was delicious, the service was very nice and attentive, and I thought the semi-frozen with hazelnuts and various fruit sauces was terrific. The greeting of the house, the raw ham, was wonderfully tender and mild.

Agree with others who say this should definitely be a 5 star rating. Absolutely delicious food with complex flavors. Very reasonably priced for the experience of the restaurant and quality of the dishes. Call to get a reservation and expect the meal to be your event for the evening. Really can’t recommend this enough if you’re staying nearby! We will revisit any time we are in the Dolomites.

Piatti cucinati da professionisti. Il cervo era squisito, le praline al caprino una piacevole scoperta. I dolci potevano essere un po’ migliori ma comunque erano buoni. Prezzo alto ma commisurato alla bontà dei piatti.

Hotel Restaurant Hanswirt Rabland

10/11/2024: A really wonderful atmosphere. Great, old castle. The children's menu is really great. You can color the card, a really great idea. The service was very nice and accommodating. We got a place in the room. The furnishings and the set table are really great. The bread basket at the place setting was very varied and you had to hold back in order not to get full with bread. Starter, main course and dessert were a poem. From beetroot to veal tartare to sashimi, everything was there. The mountain trout was super cross-fried and had a great taste. When staying in South Tyrol, I can only recommend that you treat yourself to culinary delights at the Hanswirt in Rabland. We'll definitely come back.
10/11/2024: Stylish, cozy and upscale restaurant to feel good. Very good quality cuisine and friendly service. Truffle pasta top quality, delicious apple fritters, delicious sea bass... 1 point deducted because the goose leg was warmed up, a shame. Price-performance ratio is a little bit too high... But that's a matter of opinion... We will come again in the summer…
