We had a small snack with Aperol, a variety of cheeses, and pasta. The service was very attentive, the welcome from the kitchen was unexpected and delicious, and the view from the balcony was fantastic. All in all: highly recommended!

An excellent restaurant with very friendly service and a chef who knows a thing or two about wine and is willing to lend a hand.

Congratulations on the tasty, beautifully presented dishes and for the hospitality and helpfulness. We arrived in the rain and without a reservation, but were greeted warmly. The peach risotto with amberjack was truly delicate, and the chocolate lasagna was truly excellent! Compliments to the entire staff.

Delicious food, the cooking is pure and with attention. Only with fresh products and you can taste that. Service attentive and friendly. Nice wine list with mostly wines from the region.

Having already gotten to know and appreciate Wolfi and Nicole at their previous place of work, we naturally "had" to visit them at their new location. As always, it's a win. They're distinguished by high-quality, flavorful food, excellent service, and a very good wine list. Add to that the restaurant's extremely tasteful decor and the panoramic view from the outdoor seating. The climb is well worth it. For those with limited mobility, there's ample parking on site.

The food was delicious and sophisticated. The food was prepared with love and was reminiscent of fine dining. The service was friendly. Parking is available in the restaurant's own parking lot.

After its closure, we were delighted to see the Felsenkeller reopen. The small but exquisite menu left nothing to be desired. The service was very attentive and warm, and our two dogs were naturally provided with water. We had a very pleasant evening and look forward to our next visit.

Etwas außerhalb von Meran, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Erreichbar über den östlichen Zugang zum Tappeinerweg, 10 min. Aufgang. Ambitionierte Küche mit kleinen Mängeln, trotzdem empfehlenswert. Freundlicher Service. Bei stabiler Witterung Service auf der Terrasse.

What can I say..... Superlative. Fantastic food, well with a chef like that, you can't go wrong. And then there are Nicole and Wolke super professional. In short everything exceptional, you have to come back.

Dieser Familienbetrieb liegt an einer sehr sonnigen Lage unter Dorf Tirol und auf der Terasse kann man dies auch perfekt ausnutzen. Beim Blick in die etwas kleine Speisekarte glaubt man zuerst man weiß sofort was man möchte, ist dann aber doch etwas überfordert da jedes Gericht einfach immer Kopf & Fuß hat und lecker klingt. Wir waren zu fünft, aßen jeweils 2 bzw. 3 Speisen und auf den Tellern wurde optisch wie auch geschmacklich nicht untertrieben. Viele kleine Kniffe auf den Tellern unterstreichen die Vielfalt der einzelnen Gerichte. Die Wartezeiten sind etwas länger als gewohnt, lassen sich jedoch durch den guten Ausblick auf Meran locker aushalten und zur Überbrückung wird auch ein Gruß aus der Küche serviert, welcher in der heutigen Zeit keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr darstellt. Der Service ist nett, zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich gleich als gute Freunde wodurch das familiäre Ambiente nochmals besser zur Geltung kommt. Optisch ist auch der namensgebende Felsenkeller einen Blick wert, wo man sich an heißen Sommertagen etwas Abkühlung verschaffen können wird. Preislich ist das Restaurant an den mittlerweile hohen Standard Südtirols angepasst, aber wer auf Qualität Wert liegt macht hier nichts falsch. Zusammenfassend: Wer Zeit, Interesse & das nötige Kleingeld hat sich in einem Restaurant mit nettem Service verwöhnen zu lassen kann hier beruhigt einkehren. Außerdem bietet das Restaurant einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt um einen anschließenden Spaziergang auf dem Tappeinerweg zu tätigen.
