After its closure, we were delighted to see the Felsenkeller reopen. The small but exquisite menu left nothing to be desired. The service was very attentive and warm, and our two dogs were naturally provided with water. We had a very pleasant evening and look forward to our next visit.

What can I say..... Superlative. Fantastic food, well with a chef like that, you can't go wrong. And then there are Nicole and Wolke super professional. In short everything exceptional, you have to come back.

We had dinner in the Felsenkeller a little while ago after the change of ownership. The interior is very tasteful and is underlined by pleasant music. The location is quite small, which is probably why it's worth making a reservation in advance. The food was prepared flawlessly. According to this experience, a major strength of the kitchen is the perfect cooking or grilling of meat and fish dishes. These were wonderfully tender. A highlight was definitely the dessert. The chocolate lasagna tasted outstanding and is definitely recommended! It is wonderfully creamy and crunchy at the same time. It is also recommended, if possible, to take the walk to the restaurant, as the huge wine list arouses curiosity. Otherwise there is plenty of parking available. In terms of price, the restaurant is absolutely fair for the quality on offer. We will definitely come back! For us it is currently one of the best addresses in the Merano area.
