Located right in the center of Merano's historic restaurant, this lovely place offers a lovely atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious pizza. Compliments to pizza chef Prel!

We had a short stay in Merano for 5 nights and ate there twice. No matter what we ordered, everything was delicious. We were always welcomed and everyone was really friendly. Great restaurant. Highly recommended.

We've been there three times. If you're lucky, you can get a table in the passage, away from the tourist crowds. The pizza is delicious. The service is attentive. The quality is very good, so it can't be cheap. Definitely try the dessert. A must-have for us when visiting Merano.

We stumbled upon this pizzeria and decided to have our dinner here. Many choices for pizza available. As muslims, we can easily find options within the huge menu. My hubby and I ordered Mare di Monti Pizza and Tagliolini with prawns, courgettes and cocktail tomatoes. Excellent choices. No chance for pictures, we wolfed down our food as soon as it came to the table. 🤭

24/10/2025: A true gem of South Tyrol! It was the only restaurant open in the area due to the low season, but it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. A typical, warm, and welcoming place, serving truly authentic Trentino dishes. We tried the tagliatelle with mushroom and wild boar ragù and the tagliatelle with black pudding, both truly delicious and rich in flavor. To finish, the apple strudel and apple fritters with ice cream: truly delicious, fragrant, perfectly sweet, and served with the freshest ice cream. The staff was super kind and welcoming, always smiling. You could tell they work with passion and love for their cuisine. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy authentic Trentino cuisine in a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere.
21/09/2025: Cozy restaurant. The starters were all fantastic. Among the main courses, the venison goulash was quite tough, and one of the two portions of bacon dumplings was too salty. The rest was excellent; I would recommend the restaurant.

03/09/2025: Nestled in the greenery of the heart of the Venosta Valley, the hotel is a true paradise. Its new, immaculately clean rooms feature terraces and breathtaking views. The wonderful garden is where you can enjoy homemade cakes and ice cream throughout the day, and sip refreshing aperitifs and glasses of excellent local wine. On summer evenings, dinner is served in the garden: a charming setting with unforgettable sunsets over the mountains. The food is absolutely excellent! Breakfasts are plentiful, varied, and made with local products. Dinners, preceded by a rich buffet, offer traditional and non-traditional dishes of unique delicacy and deliciousness! The Kiem family overlooks no detail, attentive to their guests' every need and pampering them: they truly put their heart and soul into it, as well as decades of experience! Congratulations, and see you soon!
23/08/2025: We've been coming to this beautiful hotel for many years and always feel completely at home. The hosts are incredibly warm and friendly; you immediately feel welcome and in good hands. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated, very cozy, and beautifully situated. We would also like to highlight the excellent cuisine, a culinary experience that never fails to delight. Combined with the wonderful ambiance, this makes our stay something truly special every time. Highly recommended! We're already looking forward to our next vacation at the Latscher Hof.
