12/01/2025: It's always nice to come back, the cuisine is spacious and the welcome makes you feel at home without being intrusive, it's rare to find a place where you eat really well, cooked with love and with top quality raw materials if possible at 0 km, with an attentive, kind and helpful service worthy of a large hotel.
From the appetizers (omelettes, farinata, cured meats, cheeses, local olives, meat cuts and "candies"), to the first courses (tagliatelle with game), to the second courses (wild boar stew accompanied by a potato with butter in foil), up to the desserts (cooked pears, chocolate cake, panna cotta and apple pie), everything was done more than well.
I anxiously awaited their chestnut candies wrapped in bacon, I stole stew from my fellow diners because of how good it was and even the desserts I'm normally more skeptical about surprised me, the cooked pears melted in my mouth with their sweet sauce ( never eaten so good), the chocolate cake was beautifully dark and crunchy due to the hazelnut pieces, the apple cake was almost an apple flan, good, delicate and light and the panna cotta was not to be expected less.
In short, wherever you come from, it's worth the trip.
