Just a nice, well-kept place...excellent service....seafood salad too much fish: not bad, but if there was a bit of celery, pepper, fennel, in short, if there was a bit of salad it would have been better. Crostini nothing special....edible however the gocchialla crab meat was good and the meat was very good.....fair price....definitely to return and truly recommended.

06/10/2025: This was our first time at this restaurant; it's right on the seafront near the Darsena di Viareggio. We were delighted, first and foremost, by the kindness and professionalism of the staff, including the short-haired waitress. We had the spaghetti with clams, which was delicious, and the homemade ravioli were also delicious. The prices were absolutely reasonable. We'll definitely be back!
28/09/2025: Average food, long wait, tomato pasta for my 4-year-old niece delivered after 55 minutes, the waitress said you can wait on a Sunday...

Pizzeria Ristorante La Rocca

24/08/2025: We went to dinner at this pizzeria, drawn by the varied menu and wide selection. We were immediately greeted by very kind and friendly staff, and the service was also fast and impeccable. We ordered pizza, tempted by the beautiful wood-fired oven inside. As for the ingredients, they seemed to be of excellent quality, including the very fresh cooked ham, but the tomato sauce on the pizza tasted more like preserves. It was a shame, however, that the dough was rather rubbery. The Margherita was chewy and lacking in flavor, while the Quattro Formaggi was much better, more flavorful but still with a fairly heavy dough. The specialty pizzas, with more toppings that make up for the blandness, are definitely much better. The atmosphere is simple but spacious, and can accommodate large tables. It's quite quiet, easy to reach, and a short walk from the center of Castelnuovo.
22/08/2025: We had a great time... good pizza, fast service, friendly staff, and a nice atmosphere... when we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back!
