Why not give it 5 stars when the gastronomic experience is as promised❤️❤️❤️, the service is very professional and friendly💪, the wine list is extensive and affordable👍, the cuisine respects the terroir, and the cooking and side dishes must come from a Nona...😍 I'm not sure I deserve my photo on the walls... but I come every year... Bravissimo

We booked a reservation half an hour in advance and arrived. The inside was spacious and air conditioned which helped us escape from the summer heat. The food was wonderful, I can highly recommend the Lamb and the Pici with tomato and onion. I would highly recommend for a long relaxed lunch or dinner.

09/09/2025: My wife and i had a wonderfull evening at the osteria delle catene. Chiara and her staff were very friendly and kind. 19/10. We are coming back ! Thank you for a perfect last dinner in San Gimignano.
05/09/2025: Great food and great service. We were there for lunch and felt very comfortable despite the sun. We could have gone inside; the waiter came over several times to ask. The best porcini mushroom tagliatelle ever👍👍👍😃

20/08/2025: Quick service even though all the tables were occupied, very good first courses.
18/08/2025: All the dishes are delicious, and the staff is professional and attentive. The mixed grill, the cacio e pepe pici, and the delicious tiramisu are all excellent.
