Pleasant discovery today! I was looking for a restaurant that prepared vincisgrassi with the traditional recipe from Macerata and I chose this restaurant. What can I say, everything was excellent: fast and professional service, quality dishes, including the vincisgrassi. We also had a delicious second course, chicken scented with lime cooked at a low temperature. While waiting for the dishes they served us a taste of Russian salad and a slice of delicious coppa. In the bread basket, all handmade, there were slices of exquisite cheesecake and with the coffee they serve bon bons and biscuits, Mr. Elio knows how to spoil customers. Try it and believe it!!!!

The food was very good. The waiter was a disaster. While we were still eating, my wife's plate was taken away and the bread was cleared away. With behavior like that, I'm afraid I'll never go back!

Excellent restaurant. Super tartare of Marche meat with fresh truffle. excellent homemade biscuits with first fruits. Cognac xo vintage and helpful attention worthy of the best restaurants. To try and return. Point of reference in Macerata. Recommended.

A special restaurant located in the external portico of the Fiastra Abbey, a truly beautiful place. It is very elegant with a formal and attentive service. Everything we ordered was really good. Personally, the pappardelle with hare were excellent, as was the sliced ​​veal and an excellent chicory. Everyone recommends the truffle carbonara that I saw at the adjacent tables and it is indeed very inviting. In the end, the bill was more than fair, completing an excellent experience. I recommend everyone to try it if they happen to be in the area.

Historic place in the center of Macerata, the interiors are typical with some modern inserts (lighting) which, in my opinion, are quite out of place. Good, but not exceptional, dishes made with local products. I do not recommend maltagliati filled with ciauscolo because for the ciauscolo you have to use a bit of imagination. Prices slightly above average. Fast and courteous service... shame about the somewhat intrusive owner.

Dicono trattoria ma in realtà è un ristorante nel senso che hanno piatti da ristorante ed alcuni da trattoria ma tutto con prezzi di ristorante! Nel complesso sono stato bene, il servizio veloce e cordiale con il proprietario molto simpatico che spiega al tavolo le pietanze! Dovrò ritornare per assaggiare quello che non ho potuto mangiare perché ha dei piatti veramente interessanti!

18/06/2025: Yes guys, this is poetry. A place where, finally, spicy means “hot” (pay attention, this is coming from someone who eats Carolina Reaper for breakfast). A place where pacchero meets shrimp, mussels, tomato sauce and chili pepper thanks to the expert hands of the chef, master Mamun, a man, a soul, someone who knows how to do things. A rainy evening animated by a thousand voices, and half a liter of sincere wine, since the motorbike is in the hotel and I don’t have to drive. Guys, gnomes from Brescia and the world around, come here, look at the sea, smell the air, feel the caress of the wind and be grateful. The place deserves much more than a review, it deserves a stop, it deserves attention, it deserves gratitude, something that is no longer a given. Thank you staff, thank you so much for the welcome, for the piece of Life (the capital letter is not a typo) that you offered me. It’s not a small thing. 🙏

04/07/2025: What can I say, fresh dishes from the Marche tradition, polite and helpful people. Paola, Maura and their parents welcome customers with the courtesy of those who invite you home and make you feel at home. Nice, clean and recently renovated place. Excellent prices, I would say low, especially if you consider the geographical location and the raw materials that are used. Excellent local meat, fresh pasta, homemade gnocchi, passion and love accompany everything and the result is unforgettable.
29/06/2025: Today we went to lunch to eat sheep cooked in many ways!!! Never eaten such a delicacy!!! The care and attention in cooking it, found the answer in a delicate taste of secret mountain aromas!! Making the dish absolutely special!! All the dishes are strictly from the Marche and expertly cooked!! In the summer you eat outside in the square enjoying a fantastic view and a special air😉
