Una accogliente e molto curata trattoria sita in uno dei suggestivi vicoli del centro storico della città marchigiana. Vi ho pranzato martedì scorso, e ho apprezzato come menù la sua ampia scelta comprensiva di piatti tipici locali. Andando più sul classico ho preso tagliatelle al ragù, brasato di vitello al vino rosso e uno strudel per chiudere. Il servizio è stato veloce e il titolare molto gentile. Un ambiente perfetto per chi vuole mangiare con un ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo e ama i luoghi caratteristici.

Abbiamo cenato una sera in questo ristorante, ottima la qualità delle materie prime ottimo il cibo… frittatina con funghi porcini.. suffle di carciofi… brasato con purè..tagliolini ai funghi tutto buonissimo .. come dolce strudel di mele tiepido…e poi cosa dire la signora Cinzia ci ha straviziato con dolcetti della casa e vino e visciole.. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto…

Small trattoria in the heart of the city of Macerata, in the historic center. Better to book because they have few tables. The food here is really good. It was recommended to us by locals. We wanted to eat the famous typical dish Vincisgrassi, a delight. We also tried the gnocchi with duck sauce which were excellent. The two waiters serving the tables were very nice and we exchanged a few words with them. Really welcoming. We had a very good time. Highly recommended!

If there was the possibility of giving ten stars they would still have been few...found it by chance coming from Rome for a weekend in the Marche...let's start from the location located in the historic center of Macerata, a lovely environment that makes you feel immediately at home. THE service and courtesy are the aspects that immediately strike you. Immediate applause for the bread that is served right from the start, all made by them, in particular the mouth-watering cheese pizza! Typical appetizers with top local products. Excellent first courses, master desserts chef and at the end biscuits and pralines all homemade to end on a high note... I would like to personally thank the owner Elio for his kindness and friendliness and all the staff who deserve such a review. Thank you

15/08/2024: Location attigua al punto vendita di pasta fresca artigianale dei proprietari da diversi lustri in pieno centro storico. Pochi posti (e questo è un punto a favore), ambiente esteticamente da migliorare (a mio personalissimo avviso) perché decisamente inferiore alla qualità dei piatti che, comunque, é il soggetto della reggente. Per farla breve: ampia scelta di piatti della cucina tipica locale convertibili anche per celiaci e ampia scelta per i vegetariani. Portate curate,buone, fresche ed abbondanti. Piatti della tradizione rivisitati con giusta cognizione. Più che buono il servizio e, cosa da non sottovalutare per coloro che non amano bere né vino né birra, possibilità di poter ordinare cocktails. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente positivo. Posto una foto di tortelli ripieni di coniglio in crema di zafferano ( vero; troverete gli steli nel piatto!).
