I'd like to start 2026 with this delightful review!
I've been to Da Rosa twice, before and after Christmas, and everything was perfect.
The staff is friendly and quick with service, and the food, typical of Marche cuisine, is delicious.
I also recommend it for small groups because they have a small room that seats 15-16.
PS: With the bread basket, they were already a winner from the start 😋

Nice, well-kept, and clean place.
Very good food. We enjoyed suckling pig with caramelized onions, which was very tender despite the rather small portion (the next table had the same dish, much more generous), and veal rack with chicory.
I didn't like the waiter's attitude: brusque, cold, and unsmiling, he took our order without ever making eye contact.
The waiter next to us, however, because he knew the locals, was very kind, attentive, and very welcoming.
These attitudes are noticeable.
Prices are medium to high.

A pleasant surprise.
Being in Macerata for work, I searched online for a restaurant that offered local Marche cuisine and didn't offer the usual tourist menu.
The choice turned out to be perfect; I had a delicious braised beef and an excellent dessert, but I could have chosen much more, and judging by the dishes I saw passing by, I would have been very satisfied.
Friendly service, attentive and cheerful manager.
I paid the right price.

Convenient, centrally located in Macerata, clean, but the tables are a bit narrow. Good food, fast service, but they took away our bread basket halfway through, and the house wine.... Needs improvement.

Everything was delicious... from the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts.
Friendly and welcoming, and even a cheese pizza in the bread basket.
Sweets offered with the coffee.
