A pleasant surprise.
Being in Macerata for work, I searched online for a restaurant that offered local Marche cuisine and didn't offer the usual tourist menu.
The choice turned out to be perfect; I had a delicious braised beef and an excellent dessert, but I could have chosen much more, and judging by the dishes I saw passing by, I would have been very satisfied.
Friendly service, attentive and cheerful manager.
I paid the right price.

Convenient, centrally located in Macerata, clean, but the tables are a bit narrow. Good food, fast service, but they took away our bread basket halfway through, and the house wine.... Needs improvement.

Everything was delicious... from the appetizers to the main courses to the desserts.
Friendly and welcoming, and even a cheese pizza in the bread basket.
Sweets offered with the coffee.
The bill was fair.

Exceptional, quality, and courtesy.
I had dinner on Monday, October 6th. A typical restaurant, highly recommended. Carefully selected ingredients and refined dishes, along with the courtesy and friendliness of the owner and waiter. I will definitely be back.

I went to lunch at this lovely trattoria, searching for the best vincisgrassi in the Marche region.
I was right: they were excellent. The dessert also deserves a mention.
I'll be back to learn more about the other dishes.

Tradizione maceratese senza pesantezza, materia prima eccellente, menù stagionale, cura dei particolari, accoglienza familiare senza invadenza. Non è un posto economico ma con un minimo di accortezza nella scelta del vino con 35-40 euro si cena e si esce senza rimpianti. Quando non voglio sbagliare vado da Rosa.
