EXCELLENT. The food at this historic restaurant in the center is spectacular. We ate wonderfully, and there was truly a lot of attention paid to the service. Everything was delicious and traditional from Macerata. Vincisgrassi, ciauscolo, and varnelli, all seasonal, like the truffles. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The staff is also wonderful; Andrea, the waiter, was exceptional. P.S. The braised beef in the photo is a half portion (my boyfriend ate the other half).

I went to lunch at this lovely trattoria, searching for the best vincisgrassi in the Marche region. I was right: they were excellent. The dessert also deserves a mention. I'll be back to learn more about the other dishes. Prompt service. Good ingredients. Fair prices. Recommended, we'll be back.

Delicious food: spinach mousse with quail egg, lamb, risotto with porcini mushrooms and saffron, and tiramisu with salted caramel. The local wine was excellent. The service was very friendly. A charming place, I highly recommend it!

Elio è un vero padrone della taverna, in grado di accogliervi e scherzare con voi come se vi conoscesse da sempre. Piatti gustosissimi (e abbondanti) consumati in un'atmosfera cordiale e tranquilla (locale lontano dai turisti, visto il vicolo piuttosto riparato). Anche i dolci, davvero eccellenti. Terminato il pasto, chiedete il vino alle visciole, a meno che non ve lo offra lui ;)

In rete trovo giudizi troppo severi per un ristorante davvero buono. Servizio amichevole ed informale, persino generoso, ambiente non eccezionale ma il cibo era eccellente, tutto, in particolare un agnello al forno, in assoluto il migliore della mia vita (e ne ho mangiati tanti! 😂).

10/09/2025: Excellent cuisine, generous portions, and attentive staff.
07/09/2025: With a group of motorcyclists, we decided to stop before heading home. Huge parking lot, new and well-decorated place. Very kind and welcoming staff! Some tried the pizza, which fully met their expectations. I had the mezzemaniche alla gricia and the house wine. Both were delicious!!! We'll be back to try more from the menu. Congratulations!
