07/01/2026: We've been wanting to try the chefs' dishes for years, and it was a dream come true. The atmosphere was beautiful, very refined and minimalist. I found a great connection between the surrounding outdoor space and the restaurant's interior. Despite the unpleasant, windy day, the interior was warm and welcoming, a complete pampering experience. The staff was highly trained, very kind and attentive; we felt pampered in every sense. I can't say enough about the food. We love the chefs' philosophy of zero waste, and the seasonality of the ingredients is wonderful for us. I'd never eaten raw fish before this experience, and now I don't think I'll ever go back!! Just one word: EXCEPTIONAL. A huge thank you to all the dining room and kitchen staff. It was an experience we'll cherish forever, and we can't wait to return!

01/01/2026: A top-notch Michelin-starred restaurant! The cuisine is excellent and reflects the sustainability philosophy of chefs Pavan and Brutto. The dining room is very youthful, well-prepared, and welcoming. Guests are happy to exchange thoughts and words with both the waiters and the chefs. The cuisine is sublime, with a truly interesting approach to food recovery, waste prevention, and sustainability, to address the well-known problems plaguing the restaurant industry. A big round of applause to everyone for the special evening and the hard work they've done!
