Remat In Garda

Very friendly staff. Pleasant restaurant and excellent meal.

Right on the lake, on the promenade. Direct access to the old town. Good restaurant. The staff (both hotel and restaurant) are very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is varied and very good. The rooms are clean and well renovated. The bathroom is great with a good shower. Free parking is available. I would gladly come back.

Historic property in the center of Garda with a lake view. Room 2 features a jacuzzi, a spacious bathroom, plenty of windows, a small terrace, and a spacious double bedroom with a private living room. Well insulated from both sound and light. Cleanliness could be improved, but overall, an excellent experience.

Hotel Remàt is located on Piazza Catullo, as far down towards Lake Garda as you can get. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and a lot of small shops in the immediate vicinity. We were here during Ferragosto, a national holiday in Italy. Then people go on excursions to the beach, mountains or countryside, and enjoy the day with picnics, barbecues, water games and fireworks. There were an incredible number of people, and it was sometimes problematic to get around. The room was like most others in the area, and there is nothing to complain about. Hotel Remàt functions as both a hotel and a restaurant, and breakfast was served in the restaurant. Several of the hotels have their own areas where guests can park their cars. This car park is a few minutes walk from the hotel and requires permission from the reception. It may seem cumbersome, but there is probably no other way to do this. Actually a nice solution since parking spaces can be limited elsewhere. A good place and incredibly central – we would love to come again.
