What a gem! Don't be disenchanted by the short dirt road leading upward to this beautiful little boutique hotel, because at the top of the knoll sits the charm and luxury you hoped for in Tuscany. We stayed in the deluxe king room with a view. We were so enchanted we stayed one extra night and even then, hated to leave. I underscore every compliment expressed by others, regarding the staff. They're fabulous and work diligently to make your stay comfortable and memorable, and they make all that look effortless. Kudos to Niccolo who shared fun conversation with us while still managing the operations. We felt like family. We did indulge in the 2 hour wellness experience and WOW! Do that! We also took a cooking lesson from the chef which was private, informative and simply delightful. This is located in the perfect place - away from the crowds but close enough to everything. Drive less than an hour in almost any direction through the gorgeous Tuscan countryside and your pick of wineries and history are at your fingertips. What adjective best describes this place? Fantastic? Awesome? Luxurious? Charming? yes - yes-yes!

Found on Booking, but booked directly through them at an excellent price for 2 nights, it is a Relais with all the comforts you need in a holiday, very quiet and suggestive location, we stayed at the beginning of January, welcoming and familiar environment, room very large, with welcome prosecco, incredibly kind and always helpful staff, a special mention for Cristina and Nicola, excellent breakfast, with a good variety of sweet and savory products, their restaurant is worth trying, few tables, but excellent cuisine, it is located 15min from the center of Siena, we will definitely return.

A 5 star stay. Structure located in a small town with a beautiful view of a medieval village surrounded by nature. Large and elegant rooms that combined a modern taste with historic environments. Private restaurant and exceptional dishes. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice and intimate. Professionalism and seriousness of the staff. A relay that pampers the customer from the moment of his arrival. We especially appreciated the little customer-friendly details, from parking with video cameras to welcome gifts.

The relais is in a fascinating position, in a small but romantic and picturesque village, which you can walk all around, on the hill that hosts it. The structure is new, welcoming, well looked after, clean, well furnished, tasteful, rustic and elegant at the same time. The staff is very helpful, present, professional, young. The location is beautiful, convenient compared to Siena but surrounded by greenery and tranquility. We tried the restaurant service and the horseback riding, both very satisfying. Breakfast buffet slightly reduced, to be enhanced and integrated with typical local products

We arrived spontaneously at the last minute in the evening. The reception was super friendly, even though it was quite late. We were asked to help with our suitcases and our dog was also very welcome. The rooms are very large and clean. We spent 4 weeks traveling in Tuscany and this was the best accommodation we had during that time. The breakfast is small but super high quality with all the products you need. Unfortunately, various egg dishes cost extra - but this seems to be normal in Italy, which we are actually not used to. Nevertheless, this doesn't detract from breakfast :) We felt very comfortable and recommend anyone who wants to explore Tuscany and Siena to stay here. Cristina, Francesco and Nicolas were absolutely incredible and showed us such generosity and kindness! We had some special asks like late checkout (and ice because I fell off of my bike!) the staff were all so wonderful and showed us genuine care and concern. We had the most relaxing time by the pool and enjoying the jacuzzi and sauna - such a beautiful and tranquil setting for a rest day! It was a gorgeous stay for us and we would return in a second! Looking forward to the next stay! We also loved the beautiful golden retriever dogs who were in the premises. :)

A stunning, clean and beautiful hotel in a small village. The staff is very nice and helps with everything, we really enjoyed ourselves. Located 20 minutes from Siena and about an hour from anywhere else we wanted to go.

Unforgettable first trip to Tuscany. We could not imagine a better place to stay. Superior service, well equipped and clean rooms, fresh and delicious meals, and easily drivable to several regions in Tuscany. The employees take such pride in ensuring every guest has a superior experience. It’s also just beautiful. It was literally perfect — we can’t wait to come back someday. Could not recommend enough!

I stayed in this fabulous Relais with my boyfriend. We were welcomed by Margherita and Nicola, who were very kind and super welcoming. Our room was beautiful and very very large, super bright and with a fantastic view! We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner! Both of which were truly excellent! They also only serve as a restaurant for those who don't need to stay there! I recommend you try the cuisine because it is truly excellent, with a super qualified chef and waiters no less! Furthermore, so as not to miss anything, we spent a few hours in the relaxation area where there is a heated hydromassage pool and sauna; in the middle of the greenery and with a panoramic view! I recommend everyone to try every service they offer because everything is truly impeccable and excellent! Suitable for everyone and all ages! Also and above all to very young people like us who wanted to take a few days off to rest and relax a bit! If you are looking for tranquility, rest, relaxation, friendliness and professionalism I ASSURE you that this is the PERFECT place!
