Valentina and her parents are fantastic, attentive and helpful. The place is enchanting and just a few minutes' drive from Arezzo, there is much more to see and discover in the surrounding area, such as the Casentino forest and Cortona.
The Santantimo inn is a wonderful place, managed with love and care.

Enchanting place surrounded by rustic nature, a stone's throw from Arezzo (5 min by car). The exceptional owners, make you feel at home. Spectacular pool! Delicious breakfast, served at the table.
Spacious, clean, well-maintained room equipped with all comforts. They accept dogs that can access anywhere.

Magical location immersed in the Tuscan countryside. Careful and attentive family management. The owners, always present, will be able to recommend the best excursions and manage every little detail of your stay. Wonderful rooms in Tuscan style, perfectly furnished and very clean. Fantastic B&B, surrounded by greenery, a
7 minute drive from Arezzo. Heavenly view from our room! Minibar in the room, spacious bathroom.
Breakfast, weather permitting, served outside, really excellent: savory and sweet, they bring everything to your table then there is the self-service corner with juices, fresh and dried fruit, yogurt.
The pool was still closed when we were guests but I imagine it to be fabulous.
Valentina and her family are special and very nice! Azzurra above all 😍💘

Excellent location for visiting Arezzo but also the surrounding area. The property is very welcoming and well kept. Breakfast is not a buffet but a savory and a sweet portion is prepared for each table, all very good and fresh and thus avoiding unnecessary waste. There are also fruit, yoghurt, juices, dried fruit, etc. available. Large and comfortable rooms.
Very helpful and kind owners, both to adapt the breakfast in case of special requests but also to provide advice on things to visit in the area.
Just pay attention to the check in times.
Swimming pool available but only in certain periods of the year, as is the restaurant.
