Stayed at the B&B for two nights Valentine's Day 2025. Very welcoming room, with a comfortable bed, the bathroom decorated with hearts on the towels, a very welcome surprise. Clean and well-kept rooms. Very welcoming managers who gave us excellent directions to visit the surrounding places, transmitting their passion for this job. To underline the excellent breakfast, truly excellent savory and sweet. Thanks to the managers and their daughter Valentina, an experience to repeat.

At the moment I am staying with my partner in this b&b, apart from the fantastic location surrounded by greenery and olive trees, apart from the care of the structure, what is most striking is the kindness and helpfulness of the owners, people ready to satisfy every need and with whom it is pleasant to exchange a few words. What a beautiful discovery! Booked on booking for a night in Arezzo and we found ourselves in a beautiful b&b with attention to the smallest details and the location is truly beautiful surrounded by greenery. Super breakfast with both sweet and savory platter. Furthermore, the staff is truly excellent. Loretta and her husband are two exquisite people.

Valentina and her parents are fantastic, attentive and helpful. The place is enchanting and just a few minutes' drive from Arezzo, there is much more to see and discover in the surrounding area, such as the Casentino forest and Cortona. The Santantimo inn is a wonderful place, managed with love and care.
