Stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend, clean room, spacious bathroom, very quiet because it is located in a small and wonderful medieval village with stone and terracotta houses, very abundant buffet breakfast, we used the restaurant for dinner where you eat well, menu with little choice but well cooked, personally kind as the owner Mr. Roberto, exquisite person! If we happen to be in the area, we will return to visit you

The hotel is in a great location with a lake view. The breakfast is excellent and varied, you can eat both salty and sweet and the staff is very kind. The rooms, at least the one I was assigned, would need maintenance. The walls and the bathroom show signs of age.

Beautiful historic residence terrace on Lake Trasimeno at about 700 meters. a.l.m., we participated in the New Year's Eve dinner on 31.12.24 with friends. Sublime cuisine! and genuine local meats and vegetables at km 0 we ate very well, thank you! to chef Elsa &C. , special thanks to Mr. Roberto, he was really super kind and professional. I recommend a super New Year's Eve to everyone!! with DJ spectacular fireworks.👍🥂

Bellissima dimora storica terrazza sul Lago Trasimeno a circa 700 mt a.l.m.abbiamo fatto cenone del 31.12.24 con amici Cucina! Sublime e genuina carni locali e verdure a km0 abbiamo mangiato benissimo un grazie! allo chef Elsa &.C e un grazie particolare al Sig.re Roberto e’ stato davvero super gentile e professionale. Consiglio a tutti un capodanno super night!! Con dj fuochi di artificio spettacolari

Clean, warm and comfortable room, equipped with courtesy set. Welcoming, well-kept and very clean environment. There is a restaurant where we had dinner (everything very good) and a bar. In one room there is also a fireplace that helps to create a very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Very varied sweet and savory breakfast. Kind and helpful staff. Structure immersed in a medieval village with a beautiful view of the lake. There is parking available in the square next to the structure. We had a great time and will return for a next vacation.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the relais for just one night and we would have happily stayed much longer! The structure is wonderful, there is a medieval air, all in stone and with internal courtyards. The rooms are a bit retro but they go well with the air you breathe, which takes you back to the past. Lots of details, books and curiosities. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from Passignano but still immersed in nature and with a breathtaking view. Most of all we appreciated the courtesy, preparation, kindness and efficiency of the staff. Valentina at the reception was exceptional, she also explained the history of the place and the structure, provided us with useful information and always took care of us and that everything was fine. A 10/10 welcome! Even Mrs. Roberta who prepared breakfast for us was a true love, also available to our needs (e.g. Celiac disease), you can see that she has great experience in the hotel industry. Clean rooms equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Lastly, Mary, the cat, also acted as hostess, offering us purrs and cuddles! We will definitely recommend it and maybe one day we will return! Thanks for everything ❤️ and a hug to Valentina from Gioia and Daniele from Rome!

Scelto per caso per una cena in vacanza al lago Trasimeno. Samo state piacevolmente sorprese sia per la location e per la gentilezza di Roberto che ci ha seguite nella scelta dei piatti tutti buonissimi. Ottimo
