Beautiful structure, perhaps a little to renovate in some aspects but in an enchanting place and with an exceptional welcome. They made themselves available immediately to requests, even particular ones given the reason for my wedding anniversary stay and they also gave a free upgrade. Spectacular view of Lake Trasimeno and swimming pool, although small, functional and atmospheric. The restaurant, where I had dinner, was also good, and the breakfast was abundant and varied In general very good Recommended

We were there a few days ago, the structure is beautiful, just a little cold the first day, but after that we asked to turn on the heating and we had a great time, large room, excellent breakfast and also dinner, we will return

Very nice place externally, inserted in a characteristic village to visit. Too bad the internal structure and the rooms are still from the 70s, to be renovated.

Beautiful structure... clean room, low cost, restaurant inside the structure and abundant breakfast. The only flaw is the tub without a shower curtain.

Excellent welcome at the Reception with a very professional but at the same time cheerful girl, available, very kind and friendly! The two excellent breakfasts served by a lady who was also very professional, attentive and ready in all our requests (from 5🌺🌹🌷🪻🌼 stars and more!) ... the only thing, but it is just an advice and that they should invest in the renovation of the rooms that have remained over the years 80...but we know how expensive it is and therefore since I think the management is around 2 years old let's give it the time necessary to be able to invest in such a particular and unique location!👍👍👍💪

Stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend, clean room, spacious bathroom, very quiet because it is located in a small and wonderful medieval village with stone and terracotta houses, very abundant buffet breakfast, we used the restaurant for dinner where the food was good, menu with little choice but well cooked, personally kind as is the owner Mr Roberto, an exquisite person! If we happen to be in the area, we will return to visit you

The hotel is in an excellent position overlooking the lake. The breakfast is excellent and varied, you can eat both savory and sweet and the staff is very kind. The rooms, at least the one I was assigned, would need maintenance. The walls and bathroom show signs of age.

Bellissima dimora storica terrazza sul Lago Trasimeno a circa 700 mt a.l.m.abbiamo fatto cenone del 31.12.24 con amici Cucina! Sublime e genuina carni locali e verdure a km0 abbiamo mangiato benissimo un grazie! allo chef Elsa &.C e un grazie particolare al Sig.re Roberto e’ stato davvero super gentile e professionale. Consiglio a tutti un capodanno super night!! Con dj fuochi di artificio spettacolari
