We stayed two nights. Friendly welcome, as usual. Clean and nice standard room, nothing to complain about. We didn't try the spa and pool Super negative restaurant note: The two people in the room seemed to have never done this job, incapable, confusing and presumptuous. Embarrassing value for money. I understand the lack of staff as I also have a company, but they are unjustifiable like this. I recommend staying for 1/2 day but forget the restaurant!!!!

We stayed at this property at the end of June, but it seemed out of season considering how many customers there were. On the one hand, good, because we were able to spend the day in complete tranquility by the pool, almost always alone, with only the noise of the birds and cicadas. Very convenient check-in and check-out times. The structure enjoys a beautiful view and all in all it is very beautiful but it is scruffy and seems a little abandoned to itself. We took the elegance suite which features a private 33 degree thermal pool outside on the veranda. It actually seemed quite cold in the evening and was covered by a piece of plastic which we had to remove ourselves. For how much the room costs it is absurd that the private pool of the room is covered with heavy broken plastic among other things, which you have to move yourself and it doesn't even have a safe place to store this plastic, so much so that in the evening after dinner Since it was a bit windy, this plastic fell on us in the pool. Luckily we didn't get hurt, but we were close. It overlooks a small unkept grove. We decided to use it in the evening after dinner (since the shared geothermal pool closes in the evening) and in the morning before breakfast... too bad that in the morning we found a dead gecko inside, despite having covered the pool with the plastic that acts as a lid. The room itself was very large, but we found cobwebs in the bidet and shower. Although the room had nice large French windows on two sides of the room overlooking the greenery, during the day it was not possible to stay with the blackout curtains open and the windows open, because the horseflies competed to see who would enter the room first. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shared geothermal pool, however, with hydromassage corners, was quite warm, partially covered and very pleasant. It is mandatory to use a swimming cap to enter the water. The relaxation area of ​​the swimming pool is comfortable with a herbal tea, water and coffee corner. There is a bar overlooking the pool, but unfortunately it was very often closed. We decided to have lunch there (since the restaurant is the most negative point!!) and the boy who served us struggled to find ingredients for 2 sandwiches, but in the end he made them. Very very kind and helpful, which is not everyone in there. I can't say the same thing about the restaurant. In my opinion, the restaurant does not deserve more than 1 star, considering the service, cleanliness and quality of the food: spiders on the curtains in plain sight, dirty placemats on the set table, glasses not well washed, bathrooms full of cobwebs and without toilet paper..Staff at times arrogant and incompetent, average dishes and excessive prices!! Wine brought already half open, which among other things was not the wine chosen and they didn't even apologize, on the contrary!! Simple overcooked steak advertised as the best Florentine in the area, at the price of €10/hg!!!! Breakfast based on frozen leavened products. I absolutely do not recommend the restaurant, while unfortunately there is room for improvement on the resort side, especially given the price they ask for.

Relax, peace, quiet, cleanliness of the pool, 33 degrees, the room with a balcony overlooking the pool, the view, the dinner, the breakfast, the staff, everything was perfect, I will be back!!!

Perfect value for money with a spa and indoor pool. Pleasant pardon and very good location.

We stayed in this property last weekend... beautiful place, excellent cuisine, impeccable service and great availability and kindness from all the staff. An experience absolutely worth repeating and recommending! The only flaw is a little too much chlorine in the private geothermal pool....but otherwise nothing to say!!!!
