Located in the wonderful Tuscan hills adjacent to the sea, you can enjoy complete relaxation pampered by the geothermal swimming pool which, through a corridor, also overlooks the outdoors. First experience ever for me and my family: enjoying the warm warmth of the thermal water in the open air! But a strong point is the restaurant, welcoming and excellent, above all for the very high professionalism and friendliness of the waiters Piero and Sergio who guided us in choosing the excellent dishes both at dinner and at the breakfast buffet! If you want beautiful places, relaxation, a thermal pool and good food you must try this piece of paradise!

The place is truly in a beautiful setting, in the Tuscan hills 30 minutes from the sea. The room was not perfect, there are repairs to be done almost everywhere, especially in the bathroom. But it was clean and welcoming. The spa area is on average large, the swimming pool connected to the outside is large, the internal area a little less. For those who want to pay there is the possibility of two reserved spa areas, a very nice idea. Overall and given the price, all that's missing is a little something, a little more maintenance, and maybe closing the gate in the evening. Very friendly staff, really nice people.

I stayed there for one night, taking advantage of the swimming pools and the restaurant...a splendid, very quiet place, a beautiful room and excellent food...

Enchanting place surrounded by nature, kind and professional staff, top cleaning, super heated rooms, very well-kept spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool where you can go even in winter because the water is very hot, food in the restaurant of the structure very good with traditional Tuscan dishes and local quality meats, breakfast wide choice sweet and savory all very good!..Highly recommended!!..We will be back soon!!!

We stayed with friends in the property from 26 to 27 October. on the occasion of a celebration. We had dinner at the restaurant located inside and used the spa and swimming pools. What can I say, everything was simply perfect. Impeccable welcome, exquisite dinner and spotlessly clean facility. An excellent quality/price ratio. It's fair to say that they gave us an unforgettable moment. Thank you. We will definitely be back

As already written by many customers, the structure presents a marked lack of maintenance in some essential points, such as the garden and swimming pool, but having said this, I wanted to give the maximum score to encourage the property to do better, BECAUSE THE STRUCTURE DESERVES praise particular attention goes to the room service, in the figure of the Maître D'hotel Mr. Abbondio: a capable person, who knows his job well and has exemplary empathy with customers, skills that are rarely found today in this sector, I conclude by saying that the 5 STARS are above all for him. I stayed two nights in September 2024. Right from the booking stage I had some difficulties, very long response times and discrepancies between information received by telephone and via email (probably automatic or pre-set). The rooms definitely need maintenance, the bathroom sink was leaking and the jacuzzi in the room, which I paid a significant difference for, was broken (it only had one hydromassage mode and the waterfall was not working). The staff is kind. I definitely won't be back.. Furthermore, given the spaces available and the possible services to be offered in such a location, I recommend the property to rely on qualified staff who can improve the level of comfort of customers... sometimes very little is enough!
