We stayed one night taking a tour from Introbio to Premana. The refuge and its location are incredible. The new management of the Gianola family is nothing short of superlative. Excellent welcome, food, cleanliness and even the price. Making a stop here is a gift worth giving.

After an emtb tour, we stopped for a lunch break in this beautiful refuge located on the ridge between Val Varrone and Val Biandino. The owners, with competence and friendliness, served me a first course of bread dumplings with spek and cheese, exhilarating in the balance of flavors and aromas, an exceptional first course that deserves beyond expectations. The same is reserved for the many desserts that the refuge offers. Compliments!!!!

Just returned from a relaxing weekend with an overnight stay at the Santa Rita refuge. To break the climb to the iconic "Pizzo tre Signori" we chose this refuge at 2000m. Since June it has passed to new family management, which immediately made us feel at home, pampered us with a rich dinner (good and well presented) excellent breakfast, and the rooms were clean and comfortable (possibility of hot shower for 5 euros) Dinner+overnight stay+breakfast for 60 euros (excluding drinks). Highly recommended.. Congratulations!!

15-16/07/2024 Catherine and I stayed on the night of Monday 15 July 2024 in this refuge. I must say that we were pampered the whole time... the Gianola family is truly a splendid family. The refuge is really clean and the food is excellent. Thank you very much for everything.. we will definitely be back ❤️❤️💖💖

27/09/2024: Vista increíble, servicio increíble, comida increíble. Nos alojamos en el hotel y tuvimos el desayuno incluido, que era una gran manera de empezar el día! La cena que disfrutamos fue de primera categoría. El entorno íntimo era la manera perfecta de celebrar nuestro aniversario.

08/11/2024: I recently dined at Lido di Varenna - Olivedo Lido in Varenna, and it was truly a fantastic experience! This spot combines a stunning lakeside view with delicious, authentic Italian food. The pizza I ordered was perfectly baked, with a crispy crust and flavorful toppings that really hit the spot. Pairing it with a local draft beer was the ideal choice – the beer was refreshing, and it complemented the pizza so well. The ambiance here is incredibly relaxing, with a casual vibe that makes it easy to unwind by the water. David, a staff member, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful, adding to the overall warmth of the place. If you’re in Varenna and looking for a great place to enjoy pizza with a local touch, Lido di Varenna is definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended!
