Red Rusty Piadina In Gabicce mare

Excellent giant piadinas, sandwiches, crepes, and various salads (accompanied by lots of piadina). They also offer piadizza, a happy cross between a piadina and a pizza. A cute place with Italian pop/rock music and very welcoming staff. A must-visit when I'm in the Gabicce area.

Very good artisanal piadina. Very friendly service, but the wait was excessive (over 30 minutes).

Convenient, informal, fast, and with extremely friendly staff. Unfortunately, the piadinas we ordered, although huge and made with good-quality ingredients, were rubbery. I remembered the dough having been better in past years :) Maybe we were having an "off day." Regardless, I recommend trying it and evaluating it for yourself.

We've been here twice. The first time was on Tuesday, August 5th, late at night, around 11:00 PM. There was no one there. We ate, and the guy at the counter was very kind and helpful. Then we returned on Thursday for lunch, and there was a young man and a young woman there, not very polite, shy, and lazy—perhaps the most appropriate adjective. There were other customers eating there, and about half the place was empty. It's a shame because there are those who do a good job and those who ruin it... especially because the food is quite good.

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant for excellent piadinas in Gabicce Mare. I've been going there for years, and it's very good. The only problem is that the service has gotten a bit worse over the years. From what I'm seeing these days, you have to wait a long time, like today when I waited an hour for piadinas and panzerotti. I understand it's mid-August, but it's the same story on other days when there's no holiday. Anyway, it's still an excellent restaurant. I'm giving it 4 stars only because of the service issue.

The piadina hands are truly huge, soft, and well-filled. The wait times are average...we would have liked to order a crepe too, but we were already full...we'll be back!!!

Very good piadina but long waiting times.

Simple place. Friendly and fast staff. I had a delicious savory crepe, cooked to order and very, very leftover (the ends were sticking out of the plate 😅😋). First meal I had in Gabicce, top! Thanks!
