I went to lunch today at a very nice restaurant facing the port, a tasting menu for €38 excluding drinks, a photo of the peppered mussels is missing, "very salty risotto"

Excellent local cuisine, attentive waiters, and prices between €20 and €30 per person. 100% recommended. Near the cruise port, this is a good option for tasting Sicilian cuisine paired with a local Cabernet Sauvignon red.

Today we had lunch at the Sicilian restaurant. We had a great time. The staff was attentive, even with my pincho. They even offered me a bowl of water right away, given the heat. Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful restaurant with typically Sicilian decor! Very friendly, helpful, smiling, and fast service! 👏🏽 Excellent food and fresh fish! You absolutely must try the seafood appetizer and the swordfish macaroni alla norma! 😍 A must-try on our Sicilian summer vacations (and beyond). Great recommendation for all AIA colleagues 😏

Tried out this location from our tour guide Chiara’s recommendation. Stuck to what was local and it was delicious! We had the parmagiana melanzane and the bruschetta traditionale (eggplant Parmesan and traditional Bruschette). Don’t go to a place known for for something and change it up. Let them make what they are good at. This place is better than the 4.3 on Google reviews. So try Il Siciliano when you come to Messina.
