Great service but unfortunately I thought the burger was better.

High quality burgers and fries, decent homemade sauces, unusual location in San Frediano, a little secluded but very suggestive.

In my opinion, the price/quantity ratio needs some rethinking due to the rather modest size. The fries were normal, the double smash tasted a bit bland, and I didn't particularly appreciate the way the onions were grilled, partly because the grilling was neither visible nor noticeable. The sauces were disappointing. The chicken sandwiches were nothing special, despite the fact that it's rare to find them unfried. It's also a shame about the portion size, which was a bit small. The brioche bun tasted great and held together very well, not falling apart when bitten into. We ordered: A) €15.50 for the "Double Smashed," with each patty weighing less than 100g. B) €16.50 for the "Chili Chicken" (literally 3 bites). C) €17.50 for the Cuban Burger, with the patty weighing less than 100g and smaller than the bun. It needs rethinking, even aesthetically. There's something that needs fixing because the sandwiches are good, but nothing truly outstanding. I have serious doubts about the "Best Burger in Italy" award. A burger like many others, and fairly average in quality.

The burger was high-quality, perfectly cooked, and absolutely satisfying. The fries were also very good, and included (a great thing, these days rare!) with the burger. Perhaps, to make it perfect, I'd increase the portion of fries by just a handful, which comes with a bowl of tasty and obviously high-quality ketchup. It would be perfect if a small portion of mayonnaise was included in addition to the ketchup, to satisfy everyone's tastes. The place is extremely casual, a bit small but pleasant. One small sore point about the beer: we ordered an unfiltered Ichnusa, which came straight into our glasses, and everyone thought it was a bit watered down. Otherwise, a great experience! The veggie burger was also good! The prices were fair and affordable compared to what's available in Florence. So, with just a couple of adjustments, I'd definitely go back.

I can say without hesitation that I ate the best burger of my life. Far from the fads, the food porn, and the tons of sauces. Perfect, balanced, and tasty, made with incredible ingredients. Far from the hustle and bustle of the historic center.

Wow. Seriously one of the best and juiciest burgers we have ever had, and we are from the United States. It really hit the spots since we were tired of Italian food.

The atmosphere is industrial and spartan, but clean and well-kept. The waiter was very nice and helpful. The food is excellent. The burgers are fantastic, as are the fries. For kids, they can create their own based on their tastes. The drinks selection is good, including various types of Kombucha. Well done!
