The quality of the cuisine is not high, yes there is fish but the dishes don't hit the mark. The seafood guitars were very tasty even though I have eaten better ones, but the disappointment was the pacchero with lobster which I strongly advise against as it is a pacchero with tomato sauce with a defrosted lobster placed on top, pacchero with tomato sauce not even excellent. Dish costing 30 euros! If you wanted fresh lobster the cost was 36 euros, which in hindsight was a good decision. The clams were good but I must say that offering a dish of clams on the menu, although not condemnable, of that size, really small, makes consuming the dish very uncomfortable. There must have been 50/60 very small clams in one dish and they have to be eaten individually, really tiring. The fried food ordered in the end did not make up for the situation overall being mediocre. Very good and tasty starter but it was probably the dish that involved the least manipulation by the kitchen. The prices were really too high for the quality of the food and the service offered. The service was not up to standard. Only one waiter, the head of the room, was informed about what was being served, if you asked a different waiter he couldn't answer. One of them clearly told us that he was an employee of the hotel, therefore placed there to cover up as proof of the improvised service. When in the end we complained about the quality of the lobster pacchero, which annoyed us more given the price of the dish and how we were used to eating such a dish, the restaurant manager, instead of accepting the criticism with an almost arrogant tone, wanted to underline that the chef does it like this, which was written on the menu! (Therefore almost to imply that it was our fault because we didn't know how to read the menu) So much so that I got very angry and also appeared inelegant in the face of such insistence. Also because the menu says pacchero with lobster, not pacchero with tomato with lobster placed on top! It must be said that at the end of this whole story they tried to make up for it with a 13 euro discount and giving us gluten-free biscuits. Which is why this review is three stars and not one. PS. They are among the few who offer gluten-free cuisine and, having an intolerant person in our group, we went there, but personally I wouldn't go back even if they had to drag me, there are hundreds of places with better cuisine and better service. If it weren't for their location, practically central and on the seafront, and the gluten free cuisine, I'm not sure it would survive as a venue. Never again!

Ottima serata in compagnia della mia famiglia...la prima cena a Cervia è andata alla grande.
Tre primi di mare tutti buonissimi, un fritto misto ottimo.
Tutto è stato servito con grande puntualità e con molta attenzione.... C'era parecchia gente ma i piatti sono arrivati con precisione e cura.
Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.
La posizione è centrale, vicino alla spiaggia.
Veramente una bella serata
