Update today. Since management had changed, I went to get some Petroniane takeaway. I must admit that the new staff is extremely kind and welcoming. The Petroniane look very large, almost identical to those of the old management, however when tasted they are noticeably worse, the meat is a veil covered by two huge layers of breading. It's a shame because it looks and tastes good.

Typical trattoria, nice atmosphere, very attentive and friendly staff.
Excellent local cuisine.
We took their starter (excellent), the tortellini in capon broth and the creme caramel (definitely homemade, excellent!). Local Sangiovese.
Definitely a nice place.
Ah, there is parking, which is always a source of relaxation for me!

Ottimo servizio,siamo stati accolti senza prenotazione.
Locale che riporta alle vecchie osterie di un tempo!
Siamo andati sotto consiglio di un amico e abbiamo fatto la scelta giusta,dal tagliere con Tigelle e crescentine come antipasto,a seguire con la tagliatella al ragù,davvero buona e abbiamo finito con la loro cotoletta alla petroniana. Enormeeee!

We went with a group of friends after the fair, we had a great time.
Their first courses are plentiful and of good quality, with courteous and smiling service from an old tavern

Excellent service, we were welcomed without a reservation.
A place that takes you back to the old taverns of the past!
We went on the advice of a friend and we made the right choice, from the platter with Tigelle and crescentine as an appetizer, followed by the tagliatella with ragù, really good and we finished with their Petroniana cutlet. Hugeeee!

A place rightly anchored to the Bolognese tradition, with the beautiful presence of Oste and Ostessa. Excellent quality food. Private parking adjacent to the premises. Reserve early because space is limited and customers are numerous.
