Good food and nice environment. A good place to spend an evening with friends. Really reasonable prices and plentiful food.
I recommend the horse meatballs, they are delicious!

When in Rome… When in Catania: CAVALLO!
Visiting Catania, we had to try some cavallo. Or horse. It was delicious!
The young gal at our hotel recommended this restaurant and they were very accommodating, especially as we just wanted a beer and to taste horse, not stay for an entire meal… NO PROBLEMS!
So we ordered the horse steak and a meatball each, enjoyed both with a beer for a very reasonable price!
The horse meat balls (that look more like a burger as they were smashed or seared on the grill) were FANTASTIC!
If you’ve never had horse before, you gotta try it! The rest of their food looked hearty and equally delicious - which I hope to enjoy next time!

The horsemeat steak is very good. The portion in the photo costs about €30, but it's worth paying that much to eat something different and rare. Delicious salad. Very nice service.

Not a tourist place but frequented by locals.
Excellent raw materials, freshly cooked horse meat, soft, which melts in the mouth.

We were staying very near and we went to each of the nearest restaurants once. This one was by far the best, and the antipasti table was great. The pork chops were interesting, to say the least. Ignore the look and try the food full of locals.

Per ovvi motivi bisogna chiudere un occhio, anzi due, su ciò che si vede in tutto il quartiere. Se si vuole provare l’esperienza della carne di cavallo, STRACONSIGLIATO! Polpette a dir poco spettacolari, carne gustosissima. Patatine fritte unte d’olio, quindi evitate. Prezzi davvero irrisori.
