High quality ingredients, light pizza dough, strategic location a stone's throw from the entrance to Piazza Duomo via Porta Uzeda.
Every time I've been going there for 3 years now, Rasoterra always manages to amaze me.
Karim the owner is an easy-going, kind and helpful person.

Went here for some pizza (I love pizza) but didn’t really like enjoy my experience. Everything was average which is why I decided to give a 4-star review. The pizza I ordered with the pistachio (I love pistachios) wasn’t very balanced and I was left wanting more. Now to be fair maybe I made the wrong selection. I still recommend because it wasn’t horrible but in my humble opinion the verdict is average.

We came here on Saturday night. We were seated at 9:50 pm, got our order taken at 10:15 pm, and finally got our food at 11:10 pm! It was a long wait and it was hard to get the servers attention. The pizza was good, not worth the 1+ hr wait. I felt like the pizzas were very rich and a bit one-note in flavour. Also, the wine we got was a small amount. There’s also a cover charge, so keep that in mind. Overall, not super impressed.

A good place, but very expensive... it's okay! but everything has a limit... pay attention to the quantity of prosecco they pour into your glass... service is not very attentive. for me there is not a right proportion between quality and price.

Consiglia da diversi amici, abbiamo provato questa pizzeria al centro di Catania.
Il locale è carino, il personale molto cordiale e paziente.
Il Menù delle pizze, suscita molta curiosità, in quanto sono presenti abbinamenti interessanti, avremmo voluto provarne anche altre.
Buona e molto leggera, bordo esterno friabile e morbido all’interno…Impasto perfetto, peccato per la cottura che è andata leggermente oltre il limite.
Sicuramente da tornarci…🙃

Really great pizza!!!! Above average... I usually prefer margherita, a taste that unfortunately many are unable to balance and which often leaves me disappointed... So, I ordered a margherita with San Marzano preserves (there was also the classic one). What can I say, Spectacular!!! multigrain dough (chosen by me) very light... Will be back!!!!!

Solite pizze eccellenti, ben condite e cotte alla perfezione.
Solita efficienza del servizio, cordiale e rapido.
Quello che mi lascia perplesso è il continuo aumento dei prezzi per una pizza, e mi chiedo se non sia il caso, visti i recenti costi, spendere un po’ di più ma optare per qualcosa di più importante di una semplice pizza.
