Via Emilia pizza was worth the quick detour off the centre. Dessert also lived up to the hype. Lovely service and attentive staff👏
I'd skip the caprese next time.

A place that has always been known for good pizza, I returned after years on Monday 13th. Welcoming environment, made up of 2 different environments, kind and friendly staff (especially the young boy who served us). The pizzas are excellent, with prices in line with the average of pizzerias in Bologna. Traditional pizzas are served whole, while gourmet or contemporary pizzas are served already cut. It is possible to choose off-menu pizzas offered on certain evenings or particular periods. Mixed dough. Large and well-kept bathrooms, fun way of signaling the entrance. Reduced car parking, we walked around a bit and there were few people, as it is a residential area (easier to park by bike or motorbike/scooter). Must try.

I didn't know the pizzeria a friend took me to.
Delicious pizza (I had a margherita, but my partner and our friend had the gourmet one) with a dough that could be eaten without toppings
Very very nice atmosphere and polite and professional staff. Approved

Ci ho pensato molto.
L'altro giorno ho mangiato la pizza più buona della mia vita.
Happy Pork con spalla di mora romagnola cotta a bassa temperatura, burrata, olio al basilico e Parmigiano Reggiano spolverato sopra.
Una armonia rara, e non mi soffermo sull'impasto e sulla cornice di un locale curato nei dettagli.
