wie im Thema. Wenn man liest über das Konzept des Teiges, das aus 18 verschiedenen Mehlen besteht, denkt man hier hat sich jemand richtig ins Zeug gelegt und es wird ein Feuerwerk. Das Ergebnis war gut aber kein Knall. Der Teig war aber auch schwer.
Dazu die übertriebenen Kompositionen der Pizzas passen einfach nicht zu einer italienischer Pizzeria, sondern zu einem Lokal in Niederlanden oder Polen. Die Zutaten sind von einer TOP-Qualität aber auf der Pizza verschwindet der Charme irgendwie.
Die Weinauswahl ist ok aber nicht TOP.
Die Einrichtung sehr modern für italienische Verhältnisse passt aber zum Konzept der Küche. Für mich war ok.
Preise vernünftig und pro Person zahlt man 30-40 EUR mit Getränken etc..
BofG - Wiederkommen/Empfehlungsfaktor (0-100%): 50% ich würde hier noch Mal kommen und etwas andere versuchen.

Locale carino, sedie un po' basse. Molto, troppo rumore. Un vecchio cane in giro tra i clienti, a me non ha dato fastidio, ma ad altri sì. La mia pizza molto buona. La carne pure. Il servizio un po' disarticolato. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Good, but no more...nice place but certainly reading other reviews I expected more...the outside terrace is normal and I found it close to the road. . Dishes that try to be gourmet but cannot always be defined as such. Good and unique pizzas. High prices, but not justified by haute cuisine. I don't go beyond the good

Excellent gourmet pizza: light and richly stuffed. Prompt and kind service. Possibility to eat inside and outside. Prices a little high: I spent 26 Euros for a pizza and a small beer. Pleasant place, in a secluded street in Martignacco. Overall positive experience, to be replicated.

To date, for me, the best pizza dough I've found in and around Udine. Many others deserve it but this one had something extra when chewed, and I got the pizza to take away so on site it will be even better. I haven't tried the gourmet pizzas, which I will, but I recommend them for slightly "atypical" combinations that I don't think are easy to find around. Thumbs up

Thanks to the insistence of friends who have already frequented it, I too have been there several times and now I can say that the level of quality of Ramon's dishes really deserves consideration. From a simple hamburger assembled with well-balanced foods and presented in a triumphal way, it ranges up to delicate and refined dishes such as - for example - an octopus salad with celery and nuts, a perfect and very light summer dish. Good choice of wines suggested by Mrs. Micaela, always welcoming and pleasant. An external pergola now allows you to sit at the table outside while your glass is frozen with the dedicated machine... Well done!
