One of the best Lanzhou beef noodles in Milan
Excellent Japanese restaurant in the Paolo Sarpi area of Milan. Simple but particular place, wooden furniture with the peculiarity that you can see the chefs while preparing the main dish: noodles for ramen. You can choose the size and the ramen is good. Friendly staff, worth a try.

The ramen is of quality, nothing to say.
The negative notes for me are the too close proximity from one table to another (really close together, therefore zero privacy) and the fact that you cannot book, so you have to wait outside for your turn. Otherwise the food is good.

Let me start by saying that I am a big lover of ramen.
I didn't find the broth tasty, it was only spicy, even though I had asked for a little spicy.
Spicy is basic, its exclusion must be requested.
The spaghetti was delicious, but the dish itself didn't win me over. The vegetables that usually accompany it were missing (ginger, mushrooms, etc.)
The chicken wings, pork ribs and meatballs are good.
The service was efficient and very kind.
Prices a little high for what you got.

Un ramen diverso dal solito. I noodles sono fatti a mano (tirati in diversi spessori e formati, a scelta) e c'è anche la possibilità di vederne la preparazione dalla finestra della cucina a vista.
Noi abbiamo cenato al banco con i 2 tipi di ramen con il brodo di manzo, ma il mio preferito è stato l' originale Lamian con il brodo tradizionale e la salsa piccante, squisito! Abbiamo assaggiato anche le uova bollite nel tè verde, una vera bontà.
Tappa certa per i viaggi a Milano... sperando di trovare posto!
