Ramenamano In Milano

A great ramen restaurant. The possibility of choosing the shape and thickness of the spaghetti is very interesting. The ramen dishes are very good. The other dishes are equally good. (I recommend the eggs and meatballs). The service is great and the waiters are very friendly and professional. The environment is very nice, the seats are comfortable and the tables are wide enough. Prices are very fair for the service and quality. I recommend this restaurant, I will definitely return another time.

Recommended, we went to try this ramen after trying others around Italy (all handmade). Nice location and friendly staff. The dish of the ramen is very scenic but you soon realize the reality. In fact, the result was a meat broth certainly attributable in flavor to lamian/ramen but without either mushrooms or the other typical ingredients of the dish (different but present in both the Chinese and Japanese traditions). The thinner version of spaghetti is appreciable, while the thick ones are practically made of hard and unmanageable plastic. The cut of the pieces of braised meat then consists of 1-2 pieces of good cut and the rest of mostly hard and inedible fatty and cartilaginous pieces. For 14 euros you MUST offer more to the customer. I will not return.

Unfortunately it is not the real Ramen that you expect but simply spaghetti or tagliatelle in broth with a few slices of meat, the menu is also minimal, for all this the 3 stars. Excellent pasta but not the broth.

Located near the noisy Chinatown district of Milan, you don't notice this place, but upon entering you understand why it is so well known. The environment is minimal while the recipes are many even if ramen remains the strong dish. You can choose everything, from the shape of the pasta to the content of the broth. You can't be disappointed, really good, plus one portion is more than enough to feed you. The price is practically ridiculous, less than €20.

We went on Saturday evening, we had the very good and plentiful vegetarian ramen and the sautéed spaghetti with meat and vegetables which were also of high quality. We waited half an hour but on the weekend it's an honest wait. Bill in line with what was eaten, an experience to be repeated.

I loved it, it's worth going, just pay attention to the queue and the spicy food.

Mi è piaciuto molto questo ramen cinese. Tre tipi di brodo, possibilità di diversi tipi di lamien tirati a mano tra cui scegliere e di diverse dimensioni, più sottile, meno sottile. Il brodo è molto gustoso e la pasta ottima, si sente che è fatta in casa. Prezzo nella norma. Da tornare.

Non ho assaggiato il ramen che però hanno preso le persone che erano con me e che lo hanno apprezzato. Buone le alghe servite da antipasto e così pure gli anacardi. Il pollo con cipollotti senza infamia ne lode.
