Ramen by hand is one of my favorite places. Excellent dishes. I obviously recommend the Ramen, but the chicken wings, eggs are also excellent...

Small but welcoming place, here you can taste real Chinese "Lamian" wheat noodles.
Different choice of "folding" of the noodle even if they are present
only 3 choices of broth.
No dessert available on the menu to end on a high note...overall all very good!

The starters were really tasty, but I was disappointed with the choice of ramen: very few options and, above all, no vegetables on the plates. Ramen should be a rich and balanced dish, but this characteristic was completely missing here.
I hope you can expand the menu and improve the experience.

Nice place, very good ramen even if the meat looked like it was oxidized even though it was cooked. Menu a little too limited and they should also think of something that would suit children.

If you have never tried fresh noodles.... You have to come here! Courtesy and good food, open kitchen.... What more do you want? Well done 😘 I ate an excellent ramen 🎈

Good restaurant, somewhat limited choice of dishes. Many types of pasta but only three broths available. The broth is tasty but for all three the default is spicy (it can be removed on request). The bowl is just the right size but is a little short on ingredients. Pasta and meat, no eggs, bamboo, vegetables. If you like spiciness and coriander, you will like this. I think I'll look elsewhere.

The quality has dropped... before it was number one now it's barely decent....
I left the pork because it's not even related to the one cooked before!
Bring back Chinese chefs.... the others ARE NOT CAPABLE

I was in this restaurant on 12/22/2024, I had a great time, fabulous food and a peaceful environment, courteous and helpful staff, I recommend it.
