The chashu ramen is absolutely delicious and the ramen eggs were perfect 😄 Great ramen restaurant with friendly service and fantastic food.

In my opinion, this is the best ramen in Milan, and the noodles are handmade right before your eyes! The staff is always super friendly, and the prices are in line with other ramen places in Milan. The new summer menus are definitely worth trying!

Reasonably priced and delicious!

Overall, a pleasant experience! Ramen Shop is a small restaurant in the Porta Venezia area specializing in hand-rolled noodles, with an open counter for customers to enjoy. The place is small but cozy, with the option of sitting outside, at a table, or at the counter overlooking the street. The ramen is an 8 out of 10. The egg isn't overcooked and is well-marinated and sweet. The noodles are excellent, with a nice bite and just the right thickness. The meat is incredibly tender, melting in your mouth. All the toppings are 10/10 for me. The only downside is the broth. I'm sorry that it wasn't entirely convincing, especially considering the 10-hour cooking time (the owner, very kind, helpful, and very friendly, explained the basic preparation to me). The problem is that, while it was still good (I should point out), it lacked a bit of depth. The miso and sesame seeds mixed together a bit and canceled each other out. I can't explain why, but I didn't experience a full-bodied, creamy broth with the sweetness and savory flavor of the miso and the toasted sesame. If I could improve anything, I'd perhaps pay a little attention to that, to make it truly perfect and worthy of a 5-star rating. Otherwise, I'd fully recommend it for its excellent value (€13 for the miso ramen, to which I added €3 for extra chashu) and for the generous portion! I'll definitely be back! 🍜

Small but very well managed and friendly staff

Excellent service, attention, and food! Highly recommended! We were treated extremely well and the food was delicious. We had different types of ramen and mochi filled with ice cream for dessert. For appetizers, they brought us a super-tasty meat with egg. I highly recommend visiting if you're in Milan.

The ramen was delicious! The atmosphere was casual, tidy and clean. The space inside was limited, but we didn't have to wait to sit down. I recommend it.

Really good ramen! We've been to a few in Milan, in addition to Casa Ramen, this one is also very good. The pasta is made on the spot and the ingredients are excellent and the prices are really cheap. I can say that it's a safe bet, I recommend it!!

Very small place and without any particular scene from outside. Then you go in, order and start dreaming <3 The ramen with roast beef was exceptional. The broth had taken on the flavor of roast beef and was really rich but not heavy and not greasy. Equally good and tasty is the rice with eel, which is served in a truly scenic way.
