A very pleasant summer venue, with excellent quality food (you can choose between a pizzeria and a restaurant) and prompt and courteous service. To the usual "winter" specialties for which Toro Nero is well known in the area, it combines a summer menu based on fish inspired by tradition but with an innovative look. The tartares are excellent, as always, highlighting both the quality of the raw material and the respect in treating it. Tasty and light fried seafood, very good pasta with lobster with two cherry tomatoes and "marina" cheese and pepper. Among the desserts they also offer one of the best Tartufi di Pizzo, Calabrian ice creams that you absolutely must try.

I've been there twice in recent days and I was able to appreciate both the restaurant menu and the pizzeria menu. The restaurant and pizzeria areas are normally detached. Starting from the first, I really liked the cuisine and the service, always smiling, approachable and professional I must say. The only flaw was that a young waiter who brought the dishes to the table was out of keeping with the style they wanted to give to the restaurant. Nothing serious, it made me smile, but if you care about having a certain type of style, train the new generation well. For the pizzeria part, the classic and fast service, nothing to say. For the pizzas, however, I suggest you do something. The dough was not up to the standard of the restaurant. Hard at the edges (it was difficult to cut) and a little raw in the center. Pizza left on the stomachs of everyone present. Some still felt a sense of heaviness the next day. A pizza ordered for takeout is much better, and I'm not exaggerating.

The place is nice and the service is remarkable but the pizza frankly didn't make me crazy, I found it under-seasoned. However, recommended if you want to eat a pizza by the sea.

Bella la location e il panorama, il servizio è stato veloce, il personale molto gentile e’ riuscito a far arrivare la pizza alla bimba prima di prendere le ordinazioni di tutto il tavolo cosicché la piccola potesse iniziare a mangiare, buona la pizza unica pecca i coltelli, decisamente da cambiare in quanto tutti abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel tagliarla.

The location and the view were beautiful, the service was fast, the very kind staff managed to get the pizza to the child before taking the orders of the whole table so that the little one could start eating, the pizza was good, the only flaw knives, definitely in need of a change as we all had difficulty cutting it.
