Super characteristic place in the center of Bologna, high quality traditional food, it is not a restaurant, don't expect service, you can take take away with the possibility of eating on site.

Very cool place for a quick pasta treat and a glass of lambrusco. The tagliatelle al ragu is great.The staff made us feel very welcome and cosy. The tortellini lacked some taste, but they were great overall.

It is eaten discreetly for a quick and informal lunch. Unforgettable flavors. The environment is very small and welcoming even if you often have to wait your turn outside. Overall good!

Si estás en Bologna y buscás una opción rica, rápida y a buen precio, Ragū es ideal. Es un local pequeño donde podés comer allí o llevarte la comida. Yo me llevé los Tagliatelle al Ragú y estaban deliciosos. Te lo sirven en una cajita práctica que te permite disfrutar de la pasta mientras recorrés la ciudad. El auténtico sabor del ragú, combinado con la textura perfecta de la pasta, hace un mix irresistible.

Preso lasagna da asporto. Lasagna con impasto verde, con molto ragù (ottimo) e, per i miei gusti, poca besciamella. Per il resto spettacolo puro

02/02/2025: Found somewhat by chance, the tavern immediately attracted our curiosity. Intimate, home-made environment, where the host acts as the true master and actor. Oral menu, a bit of chatter. Abundant servings, served quickly. Tasty bruschettas and delicious pastas. Highly recommended, perhaps making a reservation.

01/03/2025: Place in the center (a side street of via Ugo Bassi). Well decorated, very friendly staff. 100% Roman menu. You are spoiled for choice. Excellent supplì, aubergine meatballs and first courses (excellent Amatriciana and Gricia). Account in line with expectations. Recommended if you want an alternative to traditional Bolognese!
28/02/2025: Excellent dishes, very abundant. I would have liked to try the dessert but there was no room, it will be for another time.
