Very good Tagliatelle al Ragu, deep meat flavor, perfect pasta. Portions are not for big hunger and you have to keep that in mind. Nice and smiling service.

My goodness, what good stuff! Their genes? Or are the others idiots for never having thought of a sandwich with meat sauce? So banal (practically a slipper) that perhaps you had to have the courage to bet on it... Ah, well... Bet won by a landslide!
I want the MACINATO MISTO shirt. I mentioned it to the South American boy at the checkout... An XL for me, keep it aside because I'll be back in Bolo soon!

Aaahhhhh ... how delicious!!! Panino al ragù, an ancient and phenomenal recipe, meatballs with polenta and tomato sauce to die for, very good cutlets, very delicate balanzoni. Too bad for the waiting time in line on a Sunday lunch when all of Bologna (and more) was in the center. To save time, food ordered to take away and consumed outside the restaurant.

We tried Ragū while in Bologna and really enjoyed it. We ordered takeaway and went for the lasagna and the tagliatelle al ragù tradizionale. The lasagna was good, but the tagliatelle was incredible—rich, flavorful, and exactly what you’d hope for when looking for traditional Bolognese pasta. The taste was super authentic, like a homemade meal.
The place itself is very casual and unpretentious, which we liked. It’s all about the food here, and they do it really well. Portions are on the smaller side, though, so if you’re hungry, I’d recommend ordering a couple of dishes per person or sharing three plates between two people.

I went there two times, it is more of a takeaway place as a vibe but dining in is an experience. Staff is very friendly and has a lot of energy. The ancient recipe ragu blew my mind, the other ingredients just balanced the texture so well it made me really happy. Get some of their wine and you are golden. Definitely one of my favorite places where I ate in Bologna. The pasta with sage and the other stuff we tried was nice but still I am thinking about that ancient recipe ragu, really memorable experience.

If you are in Bologna and you want to eat something typical, delicious and fast, this is your place. I ordered the lasagna and it was incredible, a 10. The flavor of the ragù is from another world!
The place is small and cozy at the same time, you have the option of either eating there or taking it to go. It should be noted that the service is fast and efficient.
I would love to highlight the attention received by the girls who work there, they were very pleasant and professional! Highly recommended :)

Cada bocado es un pedazo de cielo. Probar tanto el Tagliatelle, la lasaña y el balanzoni como los sabores que sacan de unos pocos ingredientes es increíble. Los precios son muy modestos. El servicio es genial

Si estás en Bologna y buscás una opción rica, rápida y a buen precio, Ragū es ideal. Es un local pequeño donde podés comer allí o llevarte la comida. Yo me llevé los Tagliatelle al Ragú y estaban deliciosos. Te lo sirven en una cajita práctica que te permite disfrutar de la pasta mientras recorrés la ciudad. El auténtico sabor del ragú, combinado con la textura perfecta de la pasta, hace un mix irresistible.
