Radio Rooftop Milan In Milano

One of the most beautiful and well-kept hotels in the city (Hilton is a guarantee of high standards in hospitality and customer satisfaction throughout the world) located in one of the shittiest areas of the city; to make the concept clearer: just keep in mind that less than 500 meters from the hotel there is one of the most infamous places in the city, the Central station, and that in certain time slots (not even very late) you risk your skin with extreme ease. I understand that business customers want to experience the history of the city but as a place it is truly degrading. Top hotel, Top service, Top staff....stonk place (which is the noise of people's attributes as soon as they set foot on the street).

Large luxury hotel right next to Milano Centrale train station. It is undergoing renovation and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff will immediately upgrade you to an already renovated room given the availability. Breakfasts is great as per Hilton standards and I can’t stress enough how nice and helpful everyone in the staff is

My room had a cute balcony which I didn’t expect and loved. Room service was fast and convenient. Every staff person I interacted with was lovely and helpful. Super convenient location, 5 min walk from the central train station. Would stay here again— grazie a mille!

Hello a great super hotel very clean. Good food good service

The staff is nice, lobby is clean & pretty. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable. Room renovations were going on during the day. Convenient location next to Aldi if you need supplies & the train station a short walk away.

Excellent Hilton hotel. Comfortable and recently renovated rooms. The staff very friendly and prepared. Located in a strategic position near Milan Centrale station. But the real point of differentiation of this hotel is the excellent level of breakfast, complete with every type of food.

Everything good, close to the metro station

I am staying there right now and would recommend people to steer clear from this property. Door handle was broken, table unstable, previous occupants trash found, slippers dirty, extremely outdated, front desk/service was unpleasant. And that was just within the first hour. UPDATE: Moira the FO manager reached out to us immediately about our concerns and made amendments. We appreciated the room change and her professionalism in ensuring her customers are happy with their stay. The reason that the rating is not 5 stars instead is that construction, which they tried to set expectations that it wouldn’t start until 9-10, woke us up at 7. Called the staff and while they kindly let the crew know of the issue, the noise continued throughout the hour before it stopped. Can’t say it was an ideal experience but we thank the Moira and team for making the effort.
