New rooms are really nice but its cold and you can’t increase the temperature the street are so loud

This is a wonderful hotel with one of the kindest and most thoughtful hotel staffs I have ever experienced. My wife and I arrived exhausted from a long day of travel delays and they went out of their way to help us. Other hotels could learn a lot from the way the Hilton staff treats people.

Whatever I write I think is too little. Terrific renovation since my last visit. The room is wonderful as is the bathroom with very nice touches. The reception is perfect and as always with very good service. The breakfast is rich as is the service. The restaurant with the bar is very good and with very nice food. It is my favorite hotel and when I come to Milan I only stay in it.
It is very close to the central train station and the metro and in general in a very good location. I highly recommend it!!!

A very chic and newly renovated hotel right next to Milan's main train station. The rooms are excellent. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh, high-quality products. You can also order a fresh omelet, scrambled eggs, or waffles. The cappuccino is also fresh and delicious.
All the staff are very friendly and warmly welcome every guest. We felt very comfortable and will be back.

New rooms are great and spacious. Quiet rooms and one of the best beds in any hotel I've been.
Few kilometers from the center, but next to central railway station. And you get to center easily with a taxi or metro.

We have stayed at this hotel on our last two trips to Milan. The rooms are clean and well-maintained and the location is only a short walk to the train station. It’s not the easiest walk with big luggage, but can be done. The thing that separates this hotel is the staff. They’re just outstanding. That includes the front desk, concierge and restaurant staff. I have 1000+ hotel nights over several brands and I’d rank this staff near the top.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Milan, 5min walk from the Central train station, lovely big cosy rooms. We had an executive package but didn't know about the executive Room with free drinks and canapés ... would've been nice to have been told. The English breakfast wasn't great, scrambled eggs poor, sausages more like skinny Frank furters and bacon not the best either, apart from that it was a very good selection. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone

Ondanks vele negatieve reviews drankje gedaan, beetje duur...dat wel. Maar beste plek tot nu toe. Super chill, lekker muziekje en fijne lounge banken.
itt The Roof wat meer als airport voelde dan een gezellig terras.
