Spectacular food, nothing to say! The quality of the ingredients is the! I had beef tartare, gnocchi with oxtail ragout and diaphragm with potatoes! It was all delicious! I hardly leave reviews unless it's really good, but this restaurant deserves all the praise!

We go to this place on Friday 18th April for dinner, it looks very suggestive. The orders consisted of two saffron risottos with marrow (see photo), two plates of half paccheri with artichokes and a plate of baked potatoes. The service was quite fast, both for accompanying us to the table and after bringing us the dishes. The risotto was very good, truly one of the best I have ever tasted, the cooking ditto. The bread that was brought to the table was crunchy and warm to the touch and equally good once tasted. The portion of baked potatoes was also sublime.
If I were to return to Gallarate I would absolutely return, recommended

Evening with friends.
Very nice and youthful place, with a comfortable atmosphere. The food is good, try the bombette and mushrooms with both pumpkin and provola. I recommend the bruschetta with sheep ricotta only to those who like a strong taste but I invite you to try them to understand what flavors we are talking about. The cutting boards are well made, with the 30 euro cutting board 4 people can easily eat... I recommend you try the tacos which are very good... The only flaw was the waiting for the dishes, which once they left then all arrived quickly, but the place was full, so there is a bit more waiting... Ultimately I recommend it as a restaurant and I recommend it if you want to stop even just for an aperitif.

Situato in pieno centro della città di Gallarate, si presenta subito molto bene: sobrio ed elegante, trasmette una sensazione di accoglienza in cui si può passare una bella serata in tranquillità.
Per quello che ho potuto constatare, i piatti sono preparati con cura a 360° e si capisce subito che non sono improvvisati, ma frutto della ricerca e dell'esperienza di Fabio e del suo Staff.
Personalmente ho degustato un ottimo antipasto, Tarte Tatin di cipolla rossa di Tropea e Fonduta e un secondo straordinario, manzo stufato nel Pinot nero. Il tutto innaffiato con un Sauvignon di Dipoli e un Rossese di Dolceacqua Ligure.
Ho trovato interessante anche la carta dei vini che evidentemente è il risultato di una selezione sapiente.
Le proposte gastronomiche ed enologiche, inoltre non sono mai le stesse e vengono spesso aggiornate.
Personale di sala giovane e cordiale ha dato un valore aggiunto alla serata.
Insomma, finalmente un luogo in cui la qualità la fà da padrona, con un altissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Da tornarci assolutamente.

Found this place from Michelin guide and really well deserved. The tarte tatin di cipolla rossa was exceptional, well caramelized with crispy crust under, the diaframma di frisona was perfectly medium rare and marinated, and the millefoglie had an interesting flavor from the mix of potato and pumpkin. will come back for dinner because they even have more choice than during lunch

Very good, business lunch, shame I couldn't drink alcohol, excellent bottles of wine, ate a very good medium-rare cut, I'll be back in the evening with my partner and son. Recommended, excellent quality, fair prices.
