As soon as we arrived, we were offered focaccia, dried chickpeas and some excellent cheeses: a truly promising start! The pork was very tender and tasty, and the starters were really tasty too. The price is surprisingly low considering the elegance of the place. Perfect for a romantic dinner! The dishes were also beautifully presented — too bad I didn't take photos! I absolutely recommend this restaurant and would happily go back.

Radici was a wonderful discovery! The atmosphere is warm and refined, impeccable service and a menu that truly tells the story of the Apulian tradition. We ate the orecchiette and the chicche with horse sausage, both delicious! The piglet is highly recommended, very tender! We didn't have time to take photos of the dishes because they smelled too inviting

Radici does not deny the name. A cuisine reminiscent of the best grandmother from Andria but with the elegance of a restaurant. Definitely an excellent meat menu, the desserts are slightly less sophisticated. Excellent value for money.

Non ci andavo da tanto tempo, ieri non sapevamo dove andare e ci siamo fermati a mangiare in questo locale che come mi ricordavo si mangia molto bene , ambiente rinnovato , e cucina tipica del posto, ogni volta che ci vado , mi sento a casa , vasta gamma di vini

Che dire... Cucina slow food con prodotti e materie prime ricercate e pregiate per valorizzare i sapori della Murgia. Il plus è un menù con specialità della casa come l'amaro agli agrumi o la marmellata di limone che sorprendono il palato!
