Ristorante Radici di Vibo Valentia: excellent experience for a fish-based dinner. Following the chef's advice we savored the flavors of the freshest fish in the area. Tuna, amberjack and clams, good as you can only remotely imagine. Highly recommended for an informal dinner based on fresh fish.

Beautiful evening. Also thanks to an excellent white wine from Falco farms, served at the right temperature, we spent a wonderful Saturday evening with friends.
Super fried cuttlefish, spaghetti with cuttlefish ink, wow, whoever had them with sea urchins was delighted. And then... the amberjack, the monkfish stew and cuttlefish all top marks.
Punctual, impeccable service.
I can't wait to return.

Ristorante di altissima qualità. Ingredienti tipici del territorio e pesce freschissimo e di prima scelta. Gentilezza e cordialità del personale. Ristorante ben frequentato e informale. Sublimi gli spaghetti ai ricci. Crudi di pesce spaziali. I sapori tradizionali e genuini. Mi ero scordata il vero sapere dei pomodorini! Massima attenzione al servizio e pulizia. La torta della nonna fatta a regola d'arte. Andate e lasciatevi tentare dalle proposte del giorno! Meriterebbe la stella michelin

Una scoperta entusiasmante che catapulta in maniera eccellente in un percorso enogastronomico semplice, gustoso e raffinato nel quale si pone grande risalto ed attenzione al pescato locale, sempre freschissimo e reperito dai pescatori del posto, spesso abbinato a prodotti stagionali del territorio combinati in modo impeccabile dallo chef Tonino Pisano al quale va tutto il mio plauso. Accurata la carta dei vini quasi esclusivamente regionali.
