In a three-week vacation in Italy, between Tuscany and Puglia, this was absolutely the best restaurant. The slow-cooked pork ribs caramelized in vincotto were wonderful, and the amberjack carpaccio with orange reduction was perfect. Dessert: the lemon parfait with pieces of impressive lemon zest. Highly recommended. Great job, guys. Thanks

We decided to visit the historic center of Vico del Gargano (very beautiful) and stopped for lunch at this restaurant, perfectly set in its surroundings. What can we say? We found kindness, helpfulness, and a lot of passion! Authentic Gargano flavors in reinterpreted dishes that are also beautiful to look at. Everything was delicious. If you're passing through, stop by. It's definitely worth it. Thanks to the young woman who served us and entertained us with delightful conversation.

A true highlight in Vico del Gargano! The tuna and bacalau were excellently prepared—fresh, aromatic, and simply delicious. The atmosphere and service also make Radici a wonderful place for a special meal at an excellent price-performance ratio.

This restaurant should have a Michelin star! Somebody give them a star!!! The cuisine is a unique culinary masterpiece! The food is fresh (0 km) and with unexpected flavor combinations that were created so special and with much thought and love. I'm not exaggerating when I say this food was the dinner of a lifetime! Love love love it!!!!

09/02/2026: Dining at Boccondivino in Orta Nova was a true pleasure. The cuisine is top-notch, with dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail and truly exceptional flavors: the food is delicious, from start to finish. The atmosphere is incredibly elegant, refined, yet welcoming, ideal for both a special dinner and a memorable occasion. The service is impeccable, attentive, and professional. A restaurant that makes a difference and is absolutely worth a visit. I will definitely be back! My advice is to give the chef free rein: letting him guide you allows you to fully experience the experience and appreciate his cuisine.

Osteria Antica Piazzetta

17/03/2026: I love this place! I come here often when I want to eat top-quality food (from the oil used in the preparations to the raisin and almond biscuits at the end of the meal), relax, and feel pampered by the staff and by Mr. Michele, an excellent host, supported by the waiter Marco, who is professional and very friendly. I'll add that I'm not a local, but I always travel 30-40 km to my absolute favorite restaurant. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent culinary experience.
14/03/2026: A place to definitely return to. The staff are friendly and helpful. The appetizers, first courses, and grilled meats are mouth-watering. 100 with honors.
