A distanza di un anno, sono ritornato in questo grazioso ristorante dove ho mangiato una delle cose più buone che abbia mai mangiato: la carbonara di caciocavallo podolico. Top. Per non parlare delle puntarelle di maiale cotte a bassa temperatura, sublimi. Non attenderò un altro anno per tornarci!

We had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant and was really impressed. The food is refined, with dishes that show great care both in the choice of ingredients and in the presentation. Perfect balance of flavors and creativity. The staff is polite and kind, but at the same time welcoming and approachable, creating a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. The prices are absolutely normal, especially considering the excellent quality of the dishes. A place that I highly recommend to those looking for a high-level gastronomic experience!

The staff: fantastic. The two girls who take care of the room know how to entertain the customer by explaining every single dish with professionalism and a lot of friendliness.

5/5 for the particularity and goodness of the dishes, generous portions, more than honest prices, honesty, kindness and friendliness of the staff. Paid almost €100 for 2 people (3 starters, 1 first course, 1 dessert, 1 bottle of wine, water, place settings, coffee and bitters). We only took 1 first course because the appetizers were plentiful and we preferred to try those. We chose the seafood menu, but a particular land menu was also available (such as the revisited carbonara). Will come back to try the other dishes!

Beautiful place, atmosphere that puts you at ease and if you want to get away for a bit I recommend this place, perfect service, very good waitress, very kind and helpful, the dishes are really good, everything is perfect! I recommend the carbonara with caciocavallo!! Spectacular.

Belle découverte à Vico del Gargano. Restaurant dans une cavé voûtée. Le menu change des autres restaurants faits dans le Gargano qui proposent souvent les mêmes plats. Les plats sont bons, originaux. Le service est très bien. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le personnel très agréable et souriant. Nous avons passé un bon moment.

02/12/2024: Wow! This gem in Puglia is a rare find. Amazing food prepared with every attention to detail. Do yourself a favor and go with whatever the chef has made for the tasting menu, you will not be disappointed. Elegant and refined atmosphere perfect for date night and romantic evening.
30/11/2024: I had already had the pleasure of discovering this fantastic restaurant on a previous occasion and I was deeply impressed: the quality of the food, the elegance of the environment and the attention to the customer had won me over. So, when the time came to choose a special place to celebrate my graduation party, I had no doubts. The evening lived up to expectations and even beyond. The room was impeccably decorated, with an elegance that left everyone speechless. The Christmas decorations, with attention to every detail, gave a touch of magic and warmth to the environment. As for the food we were thrilled! We started with two delicious starters, presented with great care and full of flavour. The first, a culinary masterpiece, perfectly balanced in flavors and textures; the second confirmed the excellence of the cuisine, with the freshest ingredients and a preparation that enhanced every single element. The dessert was the worthy culmination of the evening, a perfect ending to a culinary experience of the highest level. Special thanks go to the owner, Rocco, a person of extraordinary kindness and professionalism. His commitment to making this day unique was evident in every detail! I am sure that this will be only the first of many other occasions in which I will return to let myself be conquered, once again, by the magic that only this restaurant can offer!
