A true highlight in Vico del Gargano! The tuna and bacalau were excellently prepared—fresh, aromatic, and simply delicious. The atmosphere and service also make Radici a wonderful place for a special meal at an excellent price-performance ratio.

This restaurant should have a Michelin star! Somebody give them a star!!! The cuisine is a unique culinary masterpiece! The food is fresh (0 km) and with unexpected flavor combinations that were created so special and with much thought and love. I'm not exaggerating when I say this food was the dinner of a lifetime! Love love love it!!!!

Beautiful restaurant with exquisite food, from scagliozzi with a wonderful cream of onion soup to pork ribs! The service was attentive and very friendly (they even went out of their way to fix a glass of red wine that spilled on our white trousers). The only downside was that we found the restaurant very noisy. Highly recommended!

We started in Switzerland and ate in Emilia, Abruzzo, Gargano, Lazio, and Tuscany. The best restaurant of our vacation and of our entire journey through Italian cuisine. Attention to every detail, fair prices, and a thrill in every bite. Thank you!

Since Radici opened, it's been a must-visit for us, and we go for dinner every year. It's the jewel in the crown of Vico del Gargano: the food is superb, the staff warm, welcoming, and helpful, the location and presentation are meticulously crafted. From the welcome to the dessert, everything was impeccable: high-quality dishes, carefully prepared and refined, never banal or forced just to impress. The cuisine is thoughtful, balanced, and uses the finest ingredients. The welcome was warm and welcoming, and the staff were always present throughout the dinner, yet always with great discretion. The location is very charming, a historic residence that creates an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The value for money is in line with the experience offered: you leave satisfied, feeling like you've made a wonderful discovery. Highly recommended.

07/12/2025: The perfect place. The food is divine, the hospitality and professionalism are top-notch. I've been coming here for years now, and I'm always amazed by the quality and attention to detail of the dishes, as well as the service and kindness. Vale, Dani, and chef Lele are exceptional people, and that will always make the difference, in any context. They've never disappointed, the best without a doubt. The most gourmet osteria I know. Don't be fooled by other restaurants and their exorbitant prices; here you'll find true quality, craftsmanship, and the prices are fair too. Try it and believe it.
30/11/2025: Quality food with top-quality ingredients and courteous, welcoming service. I sat outside for dinner (it was September) and found the atmosphere intimate and refined. Highly recommended.
