Two longtime friends and I went to eat at this traditional restaurant, where, alongside excellent burgers and sandwiches, you can enjoy local Venetian specialties such as tripe, sardines in saor, mussetto in tocio (a kind of stew), and more. The desserts are made by the owner with care and flair, and are excellent, as are everything else we ate. Parking is along the nearby streets, making it accessible and convenient. The service is courteous and prompt. We'll return again and again.

Want to eat and drink really well? Stop by, you're in the right place. My friends and I were looking for a place in the upper Rodigino or lower Padovana area where we could drink excellent beer and eat. 'Racconti di Cucina' was recommended to us. We went and ordered five beers and a liter of Merlot. Among the many beers, a great discovery, they had the Maisach filtered and unfiltered, a fantastic Bavarian, I dare say almost superior to Augustiner and Pschor. The draft was very good, a unique experience. We tasted the wine on tap, it was excellent, not tannic, very good on the palate, it didn't give anyone a headache or anything else. We ordered the first courses, I must say excellent and plentiful. I, an Emilian by adoption, fell in love with the pumpkin cappellacci with gorgonzola cream, amaretti biscuits, and radicchio (I dream about them at night because they're so good). Also the simple cutlet with potatoes, a series of mega burgers for adults and children, excellent in taste and cooking ingredients. A friend of mine had the 900-gram T Bone and said it was phenomenal. The pasticcio is also excellent. The ambiance is very elegant and ingenious, with attention to detail; from the salt to the olive oil, which isn't the usual one of undoubted origin but rather high-quality Italian. The bill? Very low. €30. The average cost of a similar dinner here in Padua at other comparable restaurants is around €50/60. I go back whenever I can because you can see they work with passion and heart, not just by the drawer like so many others. This is a place that will definitely go far.

An excellent Christmas lunch with the family. High-quality dishes, generous portions, and excellent service and hospitality. I've been there a couple of times with friends and have always been very satisfied. The food selection is consistently top-quality, from burgers to traditional dishes to desserts. The place isn't large, and the overall feeling is one of being at home, yet served with reverence. Highly recommended; the 5 stars are fully deserved. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food and service.
