26/08/2025: Absolutely delightful and delicious home cooking! The highlight was the spinach malfutti in creamy cheese sauce, really unique, rich, and simply unforgettable.
24/08/2025: This time I have to thank Google, because I never would have found it on my own. It's a small town, on a road from Bibbiena to La Verna, but not the main one. Restaurant? Trattoria? More precisely: a rest stop. Words that transport you to another dimension, where people work and are away from home all day; where travelers and young people pass the time between shifts. A tobacconist, a newsagent, a bar, and the food. Once you're seated and served, Francesca comes out of the kitchen and asks, "What can I make for you?" A few items, but a wide selection, without the latest fads or fads, but solid tradition. Very generous portions, perfect for those burning calories, and excellent ingredients (according to someone who used to wholesale them, top quality). Including bulk wine, which is what it should be. The price is in line. The service is family-like, in the sense of someone who loves you. Recommendation: pici all'aglione, never tasted so good, not even my former customers.
