I'd like to share a 5-star experience! On August 7th, after being left with a malfunctioning water pump, I went to them, and they were EXCEPTIONAL. Not only did they fix my bike in less than 24 hours (thanks in part to the availability of the part), but they were also incredibly kind and helpful in providing me with a replacement bike and ensuring that the bike was perfectly clean once fixed. They understood the enormous inconvenience I was experiencing, as I was just passing through and on vacation, so without a bike, I would have had no way to get around except by taxi, etc. My compliments for your understanding and service!
