You pay dearly for the view of Cmare. High prices for burnt, poorly topped pizzas. Having reserved a table, you have to wait half an hour—we waited another half hour—and then you have to wait for the pizza, which we waited another half hour. No, I wouldn't go back.

A superb restaurant with a breathtaking view. The pizzas were truly fantastic; I've never had such a good cappriciosa. The service was attentive and friendly, although they strongly recommended ordering an aperitif (which was also very tasty). Overall, highly recommended, but be sure to make a reservation in advance. Around 8 p.m., it's not that busy yet.

An excellent dining experience at Ristorante Quetzal! The food was simply delicious — in particular, the risotto alla marinara was perfectly amalgamated, rich in flavor, and beautifully balanced. Every bite showed the chef’s skill and attention to detail.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. A special mention to Giuseppe (“Speedy”) — friendly, attentive, and always with a smile, he made the evening extra enjoyable.
Highly recommended for both the outstanding cuisine and the wonderful team who make the experience unforgettable!

Everything was truly spectacular. I think I ate one of the best pizzas I've ever had, and I assure you, I've eaten a lot. The couscous was incredibly fresh and truly flavorful. Excellent.

Can I give it 100 stars? Unfortunately, I can't, but the place deserves it all... a wonderful place with a dream view... the staff is polite, kind, and welcoming... the pizzas are delicious (I highly recommend the carbonara). Thank you for your warm welcome. Hugs from Catania.

Parking isn't easy to find, and prices are average.

I visited this place with friends, remembering a good experience there seven years ago. Unfortunately, the evening didn't live up to my memories. The food was average, nothing to write home about.
The service left much to be desired, with long waits and unprofessional waiters.
A huge disappointment.

Scelto per cenare in famiglia al ritorno verso Trapani da Palermo. Location impeccabile, panorama mozzafiato sulla baia di Castellammare del Golfo. Ottime le pizze, la Trapanese top. Hanno anche mozzarella senza lattosio. Alcuni di noi hanno scelto primi, risotto Quetzal, e busiate con i frutti di mare, ottimi e saporiti. Se andate la sera portate le giacche, si sta freschi.
