One of the best places (perhaps the best) I've ever eaten at. Tasty, perfectly cooked food, beautifully displayed. The staff was attentive and fast.

I’m SO glad I came here for my last night in Sicily. This place put a unique spin on every dish. We enjoined every single bite. The service was great and everyone was super friendly. We had the eggplant foam appetizer, ceviche and the octopus. For dinner I had the cacio e pepe Sicilian style. My husband had this incredible garlic and oil pasta served with raw fish. We also tried all the desserts. This place is a must!

A lovely restaurant with special dishes. Especially nice for a small, special occasion. We were there on the last evening of our vacation and were excellently looked after. A friend doesn't eat fish and, without asking, was given an alternative dish from the kitchen. The chef sometimes serves us himself, which creates a very welcoming atmosphere. The desserts were nowhere near as good as the excellent main courses. The house-made olive oil with salt was also great :)

We went to this restaurant yesterday night with my family the service was really good the waitress was Nice and polite and could speak english ,the chef's food tasted amazing you could feel the effort behind every dishes the ingredients were fresh the flavour ,the dressing everything was perfect

Muy pocos clientes la noche que fuimos (espero que por lo general sea mejor frecuentado). Tuvimos el tartar de ternera con salsa inspirada en el tonnato. Morir por eso. El mejor plato que probé en toda la semana. Como principal tenía un trozo de atún fresco, cebolla roja y un poco de patata que era el especial del día. Decente pero nada especial. Buen y sabroso vino de catarata. Un plus que se podía ver al chef trabajando a través de una ventana. Personal amable.

Quattroventi è, a mio parere, uno dei pochi ristoranti a Palermo che riesce a mantenere un'ottima qualità col passare degli anni. Questa qualità non riguarda solo il cibo, perfettamente eseguito dal punto di vista tecnico e ottimo nel gusto, ma tutta l'esperienza. Il servizio è sempre attento e gentile e lo chef viene sempre al tavolo per assicurarsi che tutto procede bene, una cosa che vedo fare solo qui. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo prezzo e menù che si rinnova. In conclusione consiglio vivamente di provarlo.

Filippo dirige su propio restaurante con su filosofía de la comida, él es el verdadero valor agregado de este lugar.
Comienza añadiendo valor a la comida local con nuevas ideas y combinaciones, combinando el vino adecuado para cada plato.
Tenía el entrante de selección con pescado crudo de diferentes tipos.
Luego tomé la pasta “sicillian cacio e pepe”, que es una maravillosa mezcla de sabores.
Buena relación calidad-precio.
Muy recomendable cuando en Palermo.
