Maybe something has changed because our experience didn’t match the reviews. Food was ok but not good value overall. My smoked fish starter was quite dry and I didn’t finish it. My tuna bartaga pasta was too salty for me.

Muy pocos clientes la noche que fuimos (espero que por lo general sea mejor frecuentado). Tuvimos el tartar de ternera con salsa inspirada en el tonnato. Morir por eso. El mejor plato que probé en toda la semana. Como principal tenía un trozo de atún fresco, cebolla roja y un poco de patata que era el especial del día. Decente pero nada especial. Buen y sabroso vino de catarata. Un plus que se podía ver al chef trabajando a través de una ventana. Personal amable.

Delicious Sicilian food with a really nice atmosphere. We went with two people who don't eat seafood and despite having a seafood-heavy menu, they were able to accommodate us very well.

A certainty, we always come back willingly and I must say that over the years they have always maintained a very high quality in terms of freshness of the products and refined cuisine, very kind staff, varied menu with always new dishes of the day which enrich a quite varied menu, Filippo the chef always present and available.

Filippo dirige su propio restaurante con su filosofía de la comida, él es el verdadero valor agregado de este lugar. Comienza añadiendo valor a la comida local con nuevas ideas y combinaciones, combinando el vino adecuado para cada plato. Tenía el entrante de selección con pescado crudo de diferentes tipos. Luego tomé la pasta “sicillian cacio e pepe”, que es una maravillosa mezcla de sabores. Buena relación calidad-precio. Muy recomendable cuando en Palermo.

06/07/2025: I Cascinari is a place of the heart. It is the grandmother's cooking kept alive and reworked by chef Vito. It is the welcome of Piero and the very kind boys who serve in the dining room. Every time we return to Palermo, at least a couple of stops are a must. Exceptional value for money. Often after eating we also take something to take away. In my personal ranking: appetizer (free and for everyone) of panelline and croquettes, eggplant meatballs, spaghetti with black ink or Sicilian pesto, stuffed squid... but I mean, it's not possible: I would have to list the entire menu! It is essential to book, they are always full

Corona Trattoria

10/07/2025: Lovely midsize restaurant a short distance from Via Labertà in a nice neighborhood. Clean, calm and attractive interior with prompt professional service and a wonderful menu. The food is very good, and the prices very reasonable! I wish I was hungrier when I went in! I shall return.
08/07/2025: Excellent raw food lunch with friends. Recommended. Spectacular oil.
