Nothing to say about pizza: the quality of the products used is truly excellent! The service, however, was terrible: the drinks arrived about 30 minutes before the pizzas and were lukewarm (including beer... it was difficult to drink) and between the first and second pizza (there were two of us) we waited almost 15 minutes. Last but not least, the temperature of the place was unbearable (as reported by the dining room staff, it seems that the climate is not sufficiently suitable for the place): many tables intent on using fans or napkins to find some refreshment. I can understand that the place was full, but customers pay, and not a little, and naturally they demand a service that is adequate for the cost.

Simply wonderful. Pizza is the quintessential Italian dish spread everywhere, but it is neither frequent nor obvious to find it cooked well. At QuattroQuinti the dough offered is highly digestible and light, not annoyingly salty as happens in many places, the flavor proposals are out of the ordinary with a strong search for both combinations and raw materials of the highest level. The location is welcoming, familiar and managed with attention and courtesy. Congratulations to the whole Team and see you soon.

Finally some pizzas worthy of the name. The meltable dough is excellent, the cooking is excellent and the raw materials are excellent. Very young and trained staff. If you want to eat excellent pizza without being disappointed.

Although my first experience was not positive (during the Covid period with the takeaway service), I must say that last night I was pleasantly impressed by the kindness of the employees. The pizza was fantastic, probably the best Neapolitan in Imola. The only aspect to consider is that pizza with vegetables has a particular flavour, which may not be to everyone's taste. Personally, it wasn't to my liking, but that depends on personal taste

Pizza is obviously everywhere, however this is the one I've most enjoyed. Fresh ingredients Delightful dough Many topping options And cold forst beer. 👍

Pizze strepitose per me e le mie amiche amanti della pizza napoletana, morbida con cornicione e gustossima. Ottima scelta dei prodotti e degli abbinamenti. Vale la pena andare da Bologna a Imola anche solo per mangiare la loro pizza.
