I've been to this restaurant several times and I always return with great joy because the experience is truly enjoyable. Beyond the quality of the dishes, made with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, impeccably presented, what really makes the difference are the owners. They are extremely welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. They make you feel at home from the first moment, ready to recommend the right dish and make sure everything is perfect. I tried it on the recommendation of some friends and it was a pleasant surprise. The food is good, well-presented, and above all, plentiful. The owners say they eat like grandma used to, and I must confirm that's true, both in taste and quantity. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the restaurant is furnished in a rustic style with a nice modern touch. The outside area is also worth a visit, with a large, well-maintained garden waiting to be explored, especially in spring and summer. There's also a lovely veranda where you can eat overlooking the garden but with the same comforts as the brick-and-mortar restaurant. Finally, the price was good for the quality and quantity offered. I would recommend it.

I celebrated my 40th birthday at Casale 4.5... the food and service were excellent and attentive to my needs. The chef's deconstructed cake, presented live with background music, was a real treat. Recommended!

A super Sunday lunch 🔝 We didn't know the place, but we noticed it a while ago, and booking was the perfect idea. A family lunch with small children, a charming location surrounded by greenery, authentic food expertly cooked, impeccable service. Fresh handmade pasta...what can I say!!! It's a shame we didn't discover it sooner! Every detail is taken care of... it has a swimming pool and a soccer field... My sincerest congratulations to everyone, you deserve great success. We went to this restaurant to celebrate a family birthday. The location is surrounded by greenery just outside Rome, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We'll definitely be back. Update: I can confirm everything, even for a Sunday lunch, everything was excellent with the usual professional service.
