Truly a wonderful discovery, excellent food, top service and relaxing location.

Truly an excellent experience!! We chose the Casale for our son's first communion. A very beautiful structure surrounded by greenery despite being just a stone's throw from Rome. Lots of space to enjoy and even a soccer field for the children. High quality food and quantity!! Waiters in the dining room (I would especially like to thank Antonio and Manuela) who were always very helpful and attentive to every need of the guests at the tables (we had various intolerances and two vegans, everyone was very satisfied with the dishes and the service!!). Everything was managed and coordinated in an excellent manner by Francesco, his wife Noemi and their staff. The final treat was the show with the millefeuille cake that was "composed" on the spot by the chef, and for a change, truly delicious!! I received many compliments from the guests on site and on the food of course, but also and above all on the attention and professionalism of all the staff (in the dining room and not) which I gladly pass on to Francesco, Noemi and everyone!! Thank you and see you at the next party!!

The place is beautiful in the greenery, inside it is nice, it is all a single space but not excessively chaotic, the first courses did not convince me very much, good appetizers and porchetta as a second course, the dessert was decent, I was hoping for better

We celebrated an event at Casale 4.5. Everything was perfect! Excellent food, welcoming atmosphere, beautiful setting, impeccable dining room staff..... Only positive feedback. We celebrated our daughter's baptism at the Casale and everything was perfect. The place is very welcoming and well-kept, the food is delicious and the portions are generous (all the guests also complimented us). The service was impeccable, the staff professional, kind and available for every request. Congratulations to Francesco and Noemi for their professionalism, availability and care in managing the venue. We were extremely happy with the choice we made and will definitely be back!

We chose the 4.5 Casale Restaurant for our wedding and we couldn't have made a better choice. The location is splendid, surrounded by greenery and with attention to the smallest details. The staff was professional, friendly and always attentive to our needs. The food was one of the highlights of the day: each course was delicious, well presented and won over all the guests. It was a perfect day and the credit also goes to the great work done by all the staff. We recommend this restaurant to those looking for quality, beauty and impeccable service.

We didn't know this place. My husband and I were looking for a location to celebrate our daughter's baptism that was not far from Rome, but at the same time surrounded by greenery. Browsing online we were intrigued by "Casale 4.5" and decided to try it. We were immediately positively impressed by the hospitality of the owner Francesco who welcomed us as a super host and immediately offered us one of their strong dishes: paparedelle with pork ragù (high quality homemade pasta and exquisite sauce). The place is really nice. A mix of country/shabby/chic style with three internal rooms of different sizes and an outdoor space capable of hosting any event and even multiple events at the same time while still seeming to have the exclusive location. In my opinion, the wedding favor of the farmhouse is the external veranda (where we celebrated the baptism). A white wooden veranda closed to sight capable of accommodating approximately 60 people in all weather conditions. Surrounded by the greenery of the olive grove below, it has a large bricked area outside, partly further equipped with a roof (excellent for a bee area, cake cutting, etc.) The staff is competent, always friendly and kind in welcoming requests; in particular on the day of the baptism we felt pampered and everything was managed splendidly. We were very happy to celebrate our daughter's baptism here.

Ambientazione ideale per una giornata diversa e lontana dal caos cittadino pur rimanendo a pochissimi chilometri dal accordo anulare. Un bel casale immerso nel verde della campagna Romana con prati e uliveti a perdita d'occhio. La nuova gestione ha riportato la struttura a livelli altissimi di cucina ed accoglienza. L'ambiente è accogliente e arredato con gusto e il servizio impeccabile e' molto cordiale senza essere invadente. In ultimo il cibo...beh complimenti allo chef piatti ben pensati e ben realizzati gustosissimi e abbondanti. Non riesco a trovare un difetto. Unica piccolissima pecca, come oramai capita un po' dappertutto, l'assenza di bevande pensate anche per la famiglia, birre grandi e bibite grandi. Un ristorante di quel livello secondo me , potrebbe tranquillamente concedersi la signorilità di non far pesare le bevande in maniera eccessiva alle famiglie. Detto questo devo aggiungere che il prezzo non è assolutamente eccessivo e sicuramente proporzionato alla qualità del servizio e dei cibi serviti. Ringrazio per la bellissima giornata trascorsa.

Avevo festeggiato qui la Comumione di mia figlia lo scorso anno ed ho deciso di festeggiare sempre qui la mia festa di 50 anni. Abbiamo scelto la White Room per la cena (40 persone), apertivo e torta nella Sala Camino che adesso, periodo invernale, è davvero scenografica. Cibo buono e sfizioso (abbiamo puntato molto sugli antipasti), bella l'atmosfera, personale gentile, pronto e simpatico, che non guasta! Francesco e Noemi attenti, carini e sul pezzo. Un particolare ringraziamento allo Chef, che informato che si trattava di una "Cena con delitto" (compagnia esterna alla struttura), ha realizzato la bellissima torta a tema di cui allego la foto.
