We went there for lunch on Friday 01.26.2024, and for dinner to celebrate Valentine's Day on 02.14.2024. Sophisticated location that stands out significantly from taverns, hostels and similar. The hand of the "NEW" management is evident and can only improve through the careful hand of the young and experienced new managers. It will also be our choice for our son's baptism in June 2024 (in addition to going there at least once a month regularly). The managers Francesco and Noemi are exquisite and composed professionally like very few.

We went to the farmhouse for lunch today. Beautiful, relaxing place, courteous and kind staff always attentive to everything. Really excellent quality food! We will be back to enjoy the pizza and much more. Highly recommended

We went to this place to celebrate a family birthday. Location surrounded by greenery just outside Rome, excellent food and very kind staff who satisfied our every request with a smile. We will definitely be back

Location molto curata nel verde appena fuori Roma, cibo ottimo e personale gentilissimo, pronto ad accogliere con il sorriso ogni nostra richiesta. Sicuramente questa scoperta diventerà un punto di riferimento per tutti i nostri eventi.

It was the first time we went to eat at Casale 4.5, we were encouraged to go by reading all the positive reviews. I must say that it is exactly like that, a very welcoming place, it has three rooms, the staff is very kind and polite; the owners are very attentive and present to advise and please customers; very good food, quality ingredients. We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

Nice place in the middle of nature. I had dinner there for a birthday celebration. Good food. A little careless about requests relating to intolerances and allergies.

Arriving in this place one wonders how it is possible to be simultaneously immersed in this soothing tranquility and so few kilometers from Rome. As we walk along the avenue that leads to the car park I feel the little boy I carry inside awakening... Very large spaces, barbecue area, five-a-side football pitch, welcoming rooms and apartments finished with meticulousness and taste, wild herbs, rosemary, sage, asparagus yes they follow one another in a natural alternation to create a mosaic of odors that it is impossible to resist without picking a leaf to smell its scent. Then you enter the room... The welcome is given to a couple who exudes talent and joy in every contact with the "customers", the environment is finished with a sober yet complex and simple elegance... The cuisine is entrusted to a Chef who is, to say the least, CREATIVE... Among the exceptional features of the menu, Mr. Risotto all'Amatriciana and a noble citrus Tagliolino with bread crumble... I have voluntarily avoided judging the precious appetizers and the wonderful second courses. Special mention goes to the desserts which are frescoed by the lively CREATIVITY of the CHEF... Abbiamo passato una bellissima domenica. Cibo semplice ma di qualità. Consigliato per chiunque cerchi la tranquillità e spazi ampi in cui potersi rilassare mangiando bene. Ottimo posto anche per potare dei bambini.
