Di tutte le gubane che ho provato questa è quella che mi è piaciuta di più. Il formato da Kilo l'ho pagato 18 euro e a me sembra un prezzo adeguato alla qualità. Meglio prenotare perché vanno a ruba.

The best gubana in Friuli can be purchased right here, at the Qualizza bakery! The filling is excellent, the dough is soft and the taste is truly unique. Their baked strucchi are also delicious. Definitely worth trying!
