Erano anni che non acquistavo la gubana (1 kg o da 1/2 kg) di questo panificio. Decisamente ottima, fragrante con un ottimo bilanciamento dell'impasto. Una osservazione: se non ci fosse la spolverata di zucchero in granuli superficiale, per me sarebbe meglio. Una volta non c'era. La gubana è davvero super buona così e non le serve lo zucchero superficiale
