A traditional bakery, known for its gubana (undoubtedly one of the best). The focaccias are generally excellent, too. Run by a talented young couple, they're always happy to return.

Both the gubana and the strucchi are definitely worth trying. The best gubana I've ever had! I absolutely have to book next year, though; this year we had to make do with what was left. Still top quality!

Here you can buy one of the best gubana in Friuli, always soft and incredibly fresh. It's accompanied by strucchi, typical leavened pastries similar to gubana in their dough, and sweet focaccia, all artisanally made with quality ingredients. The bread is also excellent.

15/03/2026: Found it by chance, and it was a lovely surprise. Classic dishes, well-prepared. We tried the dish of the day, lasagna with mushrooms and sausage, and the carefully cooked hand-cut arrosticini. Everything was delicious. We also tried a version of arrosticini with onions and peppers, which was very tasty. The atmosphere is informal, warm, and welcoming, and the staff are very kind and friendly. Highly recommended, even for a quick meal. The service was perfect. Highly recommended!
