A unique butcher shop/restaurant, like a food/food bazaar. It's a bit kitschy, but overall pleasant and very clean.
The owner is very present and histrionic, friendly, and explains everything. He's definitely in love with his job.
The meat is excellent and well-cooked.
I'll be back.

Very friendly waiters and chefs. 😊. The food is freshly grilled on the wood grill according to your choice. Absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. The chef sat down with us at the table and let us try his special schnapps. 🥂.

I'll start by saying that I'm not a huge meat lover (I came to satisfy my "carnivore" husband). I was pleasantly surprised by this butcher shop/deli/restaurant: top-quality grilled meat (real coals, not griddles), delicious desserts!!
In short: I can't recommend it enough.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, but the wait was long even though the place wasn't busy. The meat was quite good, but I would have preferred to be asked how it was cooked; it was a little too rare for my taste.
The service needs improving; I had to ask for both wine glasses and coffee at the end of the meal. During dinner, they started cleaning the machines with detergent, and the smell was quite annoying.
The price was normal.

Here I am, Giuseppe!! As promised, my review.
Giuseppe is the butcher, not the owner. We found this place thanks to a sign on the main road in Porto Recanati. We read a few reviews and set off. The place looks very nice from the outside; it has rooms, but I can't express my opinion because I only ate there. Upon entering, we see a room with tables and chairs and a counter about 3 meters long, filled with cheeses and meats of all kinds—a veritable butcher's shop. A Colombian woman welcomes us and seats us in the outdoor (but covered) section of the restaurant. After a quick read of the menu, we're hesitant, but Giuseppe arrives and convinces me to order the churrasco with chimichurri sauce. The chefs are South American, and the choice was a perfect one. Perfectly cooked meat, a plate of mixed Marche pasta with cremini, a creamy carbonara, a dessert: mint panna cotta with licorice syrup (amazing), a soft drink, and a liter of house red.
Overall, we ate very well, featuring quality meat. The waitress was very friendly, friendly, and professional, and Giuseppe, well... entertained us with his stories and even let us try his own fennel liqueur.
Unfortunately, I'm from Milan, and it won't be easy to visit again, but if he were to open in Milan or I were to pass through here again, it would definitely be a culinary stop not to be missed. Bravo, Giuseppe.
