Super pleasant experience at Qualia last night. Excellent service, attentive, friendly and cordial without ever being invasive. Elegant atmosphere with a touch of Sicilian. Exquisite food, from appetizer to dessert an explosion of flavors. Attention to raw materials is the cornerstone and you can taste it. We will definitely be back.

I visited Qualia on a recommendation from my B&B host, Rocco. I opted for the chef’s tasting menu and everything was wonderful. The service was fantastic. I’m looking forward to visiting again on my next trip to Cefalu.

Amazing experience! The place is charming, with a decoration combining modernity and tradition. Warm and quality service. We had a great time. Ideal for celebrating an important event or spending quality time. The dishes are tasty, elaborate and balanced. Highly recommended for lovers of local products and gourmets.
