Great foods, wines and services. I can’t forget how soft the touch of napkin it was. They really pay attention to details those creating a subtle ambiance for their guests. A truly quiet luxury.

A restaurant where everything is just right. The menu was well-thought-out, and all the dishes tasted delicious! We sat in a stylish and cozy setting and received excellent service. The wines were excellent! Conclusion: Qualia is a top address for a gourmet experience of the highest quality, without being stuffy.

The best dinner you can get in Cefalù. The food itself was absolutely magical. Giancarlo our waiter topped that off with just amazing service, making the whole experience even more memorable. Can only recommend!

Super pleasant experience at Qualia last night. Excellent service, attentive, friendly and cordial without ever being invasive. Elegant atmosphere with a touch of Sicilian. Exquisite food, from appetizer to dessert an explosion of flavors. Attention to raw materials is the cornerstone and you can taste it. We will definitely be back.

A top culinary experience in the heart of Cefalù! What an incredible experience! The service was super friendly, experienced and professional - everything was explained with great care and knowledge. The food was of exceptional quality, truly culinary excellence. An absolute must for those looking for a refined and extensive dining experience in the center of Cefalù!

18/06/2025: Tappa obbligatoria a Isola delle Femmine. Piccola gelateria con posti a sedere (e di fronte il loro locale dedicato alle granite). Tantissimi gusti sia di frutta sia cioccolatosi. Gelato ottimo. Prezzi onesti. Consigliato
