Definitely would recommend this restaurant, especially the tasting menu. Just sit back, enjoy the delicious and intriguing courses and outstanding service. We spend our last night and dinner in Cefalu here, I'm glad we did.

The best restaurant we’ve been to in Sicily.. spoken by a couple who are making their way through the Michelin guide!
Firstly, the intimate space itself is super cool; a chic blend of modern meets ancient.
The servers were every inch the professionals whilst having personality too - thank you for attending to our every need.
And the main event. The food. Just spectacular. Not only delicious; it was original - with ideas we hadn’t seen before anywhere else. But also simplistic and not overly complicated; the chef knows how to make local ingredients sing. It was so hard to pick a favourite dish. If you’re reading this, book now. You won’t be disappointed!

Good dishes although pricy for Sicily (can recommend the Polpo). Friendly service but not at international fine dining levels. High margins on wines. Would be my choice in Céfalu for a nice dinner although a bit too expensive for what it is.
Very unique restaurant with exquisite Michelin- level plates! Friendly and knowledgable staff and delicious twists on authentic Sicilian cuisine. Definitely on the pricier side. Limited vegetation options, but still delicious.

One of the best meals of my life. Service was top notch. Capeletti dish in particular was amazing. Would be back in a heartbeat if we ever end up in Cefalù again.

WOW what a meal! The tasting menu was absolutely delicious alongside the beautiful wine pairing. The service was also incredible, very attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes and ingredients being served.

A pearl in Cefalù, excellent restaurant with a very interesting tasting menu, all the dishes are balanced and really tasty. The service is perfect, with the right timing. The pairing of wines was very pleasant, with proposals for very good natural wines. The staff is really friendly and approachable, they manage to put you at ease straight away. Truly recommended.

Absolutely amazing restaurant experience! If I could give more than five stars I would. My wife and I did the tasting menu paired with an excellent bottle of wine the host recommended. Each dish was incredible with unique ingredients and flavors. The staff is excellent and they truly made our dinner a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Qualia whether you choose to do the tasting menu or order a la carte.
