I haven't gone out to eat since 2021.
From a furnishing point of view, I must say that the old place was more welcoming, warm and rustic; that fireplace created a very mountain atmosphere compared to the minimal furnishings of the new place.
The food, as always, was good and plentiful. The 250g mozzarella is nice and tasty. per person. We had a taste of all the first courses which were all up to par.
The trio of meats was satisfying, especially the sausages which were full of flavor and succulent.
The new management was kind and attentive to customer needs.
Considering current inflation, the quality-quantity-price ratio is more than honest!

We went for lunch yesterday....and what a lunch! The cured meats are spectacular, but also the meat and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms....not to mention the desserts and chilli bitters...the price is more than honest...courteous staff, present and ready to satisfy every request ...we'll be back soon!

Questa sera, siamo stati in questo ristorante grazie ai nostri cari amici/famiglia ,per noi che abitiamo a Viterbo è stata una bella scoperta, i prodotti sono di grande qualità soprattutto la mozzarella e la carne, consigli vivamente gli scialatielli (pomodorini, provola e salsicce). Ringraziamo i ragazzi del servizio che sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili ma un ringraziamento speciale va a Dario che ci ha coccolato tutta la serata.
Sicuramente ci ritorneremo.
