14/12/2025: SPINEROLA is a place that shouldn't exist - because it's too good to be true. A hidden diamond in Piedmont, done in a way that makes you wonder why the whole world isn't already queuing to get in. Our stay was simply magical. This is a place that appeals to both aesthetics, senses and soul - without a hint of glitter kitsch or artificial luxury. Everything here is genuine, warm and well thought out.
The hotel - an aesthetic masterpiece
The buildings are located like a quiet monastery above the vineyards, an architectural ensemble where history is embedded in the walls and tranquility spreads like a soft blanket over everything. The rooms and common areas are done to the last detail: modern, but with respect for the original character of the place. Soft light, solid materials, large windows and an aesthetic that invites you to breathe deeper. Everything appears harmonious and curated, without being forced.
The outdoor areas - especially the large, open courtyard - are pure contemplation space. A place where you immediately feel your shoulders sink.

Restaurant Godezia - Piedmont at its best
Here you get quality, finesse and generosity at a price that almost feels too good. The menu is a tribute to local ingredients without being heavy or traditional. There is a lightness in the expression, a precision in the flavors and a professionalism in the service that is rarely combined.
The breakfast is a chapter in itself: sumptuous, beautiful and laid out like a breakfast work of art under a canopy of leaves and light bulbs. The atmosphere in the room gives the feeling of sitting in a winter garden at a friend's house who also happens to be a gourmet chef.
