A restaurant I knew about but hadn't tried yet.
Recommended by a dear friend, it was love at first sight.
The owner is legendary.
The informal atmosphere is relaxing, the food is excellent, and they pay special attention to various intolerances.
It was me and a friend of mine; he has gluten and lactose intolerance, and I'm vegan.
The menu, rich in dishes, features a variety of unique tastes and flavors.
The wines are excellent!
The entree amazed me, and from there, an explosion of flavors and colors.
Onigiri, soups, gyoza, rice burgers, and delicious desserts.

Five stars aren't enough to describe the excitement we felt after dinner, which immediately made us say, "We can't wait to go back!" We ate wonderfully: everything was perfect, from the gyoza to the curries, to the desserts. I'm in love with Quasi Satay! Excellent wine selection and pairing. Stefano was an excellent host: you can perfectly see the passion and expertise he puts into his work. Highly recommended!

My girlfriend Debora and I tried this restaurant on the recommendation of our friends: it didn't disappoint, in fact, it surprised us even more.
The restaurant, small but very well-kept, offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.
We were also truly surprised by the wide variety of options on the menu. The owner guided us through our choices and answered all our questions.
It reminded me of my experience in Vietnam two years ago: highly recommended!

A truly unique experience. Our expectations were very high because we'd heard great things about it, and often in these cases you risk being disappointed... but they were fully met, indeed exceeded.
The restaurant is very small, but as the evening went on, I realized it's a deliberate choice: the owner, who personally welcomes and serves the tables, wants to look after each guest as best he can, advising, explaining, and helping each one with great care. Precisely to maintain this level of care, he doesn't accept reservations for more than five people, so he can always be precise and attentive to everyone. He is extremely knowledgeable about every dish and every wine he offers, and he's also extremely friendly.
The cuisine is varied and original: many dishes are reinterpretations of recipes discovered on his travels around the world. He told us he often adapts them to Italian tastes, while others he offers in their authentic version. A perfect mix that makes the experience even more interesting.
