Nice spa, shame about the somewhat rude staff. At aperitivo, they give you a time limit and kick you out if you stay longer than expected, which I find inappropriate in an environment where you want to relax. Another negative is the people with their phones everywhere, which ruins the spa atmosphere where you want to relax.

The word relaxation in all its splendor, a very, very beautiful place, you can eat and drink, and there are also packages to choose from. Highly recommended.

Amazing!! For everything it offers, the price is excellent, including an aperitif with two cocktails! Lots to do, pools, 10/10 location... I can't wait to go back.

The place is very nice, the staff are really kind and everything is very clean. I had a great time there as a couple. It’s also great that they allow the burkini. Unfortunately, some people stared at me a lot, which made me feel uncomfortable because I was wearing a burkini

This place is unforgettable. The saunas are wonderful, the jacuzzi with chairs massages well, I liked the facial massage, everything was professional. The rain and thunderstorm room cleared my thoughts. I recommend visiting, a place of paradise in the middle of the metropolis of Milan.

The location is far from the relaxation area it claims to offer; it's overcrowded, and the structure is in disrepair, with limescale residue in every pool.

Overall, the spa is decent, but too small. When it gets crowded, you have to queue to get into the indoor pools. No parking.

The birthday promotion was excellent. The facility was beautiful, and the wellness programs were also good. My personal experience is that there were a lot of tourists, probably unaware of the etiquette required in saunas and outdoor relaxation areas. Instead of enjoying the experience, they spoke in a friendly, non-moderate tone of voice. I personally called several people back. I would suggest installing multilingual signs advising people to remain silent and increasing staff to remind them of these rules of conduct. Thank you.
