I was there on S. Valentino. I give 5 stars because I ate well and in abundance. The menu focuses on meat and there is plenty of choice both in terms of variety and cost. It can even cost more than 10 euros per hectogram for fine cuts. The 2 of us took an appetizer (the only one available, a huge platter of excellent and unconventional cold cuts) to share, 2 second courses, a side dish and 2 glasses and we spent 76 euros (20% The Fork discount on the courses, otherwise they would have been there were approximately 90). Very friendly service, a little slow... the neighborhood where it is located is a bit penalizing.

Delicious cold cuts, giant sandwich and delicious meat, the bread remains dry without getting soggy and breaking like in other places. Excellent draft beers and good choice in general for drinking. Absolutely worth coming back to try the meat dishes, this time we couldn't resist the burgers...

What can I say, an excellent welcome right from the start, we drank and ate really well, the bigoi with pestom were delicious, a typical dish of the Brescian tradition rich in history and culture.
We will definitely be back to try other dishes, recommended.

Very pleasant evening at this restaurant, discovered via TheFork.
Impeccable service: very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Very good food, the meat is highly recommended (the Irish Angus sirloin is really excellent).
We will definitely be back!

Ottimo! Ricordo che è cambiato tanto da quando andavamo a bere... Cioè prima non è che fosse così male quando era solo un posto di beoni.
Comunque fa no tanta buona carne anche se il presso è considerevole. Perché perdo tempo a scrivere tutte queste recensioni? Perché sto aspettando il mio turno al pronto soccorso e non so che cosa fare. Comunque qua la carne è buona.

Prima domenica di spiedo a pranzo: se voglio definire con un solo aggettivo lo spiedo direi Superlativo, infatti le costine erano cotte al punto giusto, polenta e patate pure tutto il resto... aspettiamo il prossimo spiedo .
